I was thinking of making certain alleys, wooded areas, and houses into Foley Prank zones.

Say someone is walking along at night thru a certain area and a shriek or a moan comes from a dark corner. Even with a flashlight nothing is visible. Simple really, just use a battery, a old mp3 player, and a speaker. Put on a bunch of dead air tracks and a single creepy sound, set to random and once you've hidden it your done.

I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for those meddling kids!

Your likely going to build in features other companies have created. It's good work but likely nothing foundational.

I am not saying don't take it, but don't plan to stay there for more then two-three years. Get your chops in the big companies then look for a nice unstable startup with a good idea. That's one thing that hasn't changed in the post-bubble world. Get your confidence then get your chops.

As was mentioned in a earlier post, Solaris 10 has trouble with dodgy hardware. I had to reburn factory copies of SuSE 9.2 to get it recognized on a Lighton cd drive. As to Ultrasparc versions of Linux such as Aurora or SuSE. The Linux versions did show marked improvement in certain areas over Solaris. I am speaking of the past but that's only because there were limited people working on those distributions. Ultrasparc is still a rare cpu. I only saw one once as a new product in a consumer grade computer outlet store. (not a refurb or specialty store and of course it wasn't Fry's)

For those of you outside the US, Ophra Winfrey is actually a role in a Situation Comedy pretending to be a Talk Show. (Like the Daily Show, only not as funny) Wacky stunts like giving cars away to the whole audience and stuff isn't real. This explains why 'Her' Weight seems to bounce up and down. It's a mask. Different Women and sometimes Men pay the part.

At this point your asking yourself why am I getting off target. The thing is the the actors playing Ophra have now numbered over 8 and that's threatening the number of people who have played the Doctor. The BBC is trying disparately to regain the title of most actors playing one role in an ongoing series.

They need to add three more doctors to keep up.
