"Unless your site specifically *needs* dynamic content, such as being able to allow users to make comments on articles, etc,"

There are a bit over 2200 existing registered members some of whom visit the site for their personal info and we want to be able to offer them their own mini subdomain websites, comment on and contribute tech articles, purchase stuff, upload files and photos, access members-only material, etc. The site also has to process payments for membership signup and renewal as well as training courses.
"...maybe more for people who are disabled and can't work to better their lives..."
Which of course will lead to all kinds of new psychological "conditions" categorized as "disabled". I'm very pro-UBI but I can see some problems with it.
"In a genre of play called "Real Escape Room," two or more people get locked in a decorated room and must solve puzzles to escape—before time runs out."
"Few are smart enough, and the success rate averages less than 20 percent, the business owners said."
"But the fun lies in the joint puzzle-solving, which spurs tourists and companies alike to pay just under $30 a person to play."
"The venues are relatively easy to set up: Create about six themed puzzles, find a room or two to rent and decorate, and advertise on social media."
"at least some countries keep the Paris pledge and reduce emissions"
Only the western countries are supposed to do that and "restructure" their economies according to government edict, silly. Everyone else can continue BAU.
Greens still believe the conspiracy theory that "capitalism" is the main reason they can't have free and clean energy. Most of them truly are naive morons.
Well, first we would have to have unbiased journalists who have wide and deep knowledge of their subject matters, are not beholden to "editorial content standards" and not ideologically or financially bound to...I think I see the problem.

"it's Google's fault in some sense as they should have better control over the things people see"
No. Now fuck off. Oh shit, I guess that makes me a racist I suppose.
They got a grant for mentioning "greenhouse gases" in the text.

Why bother going on?
"I'm a total lefty..."

Apple's Q4 is July, some people are saying.
Did you take yours in for any screen issues? I think it's still covered if it's a mid-2012 model.
"I would be interested (VERY!) in a new Mac Pro if they go back to a real computer case

Russian Trolls!
You're not applauding enthusiastically enough, comrade.
"Why is Slashdot so full of SJW nonsense lately?"
Trying to get laid? Virtue-signalling? In touch with their feminine side? Sand in their vaginas?
Too late, the re-grooving has begun. You can untwist your panties now.
"...a shortage of skilled workers, especially female programmers..."
What's the ideal, desired, non-sexist/non-misogynist percentage now that it's 2016 - 51%? Shall no woman be left behind?
I'll just go quietly to the correction booth for re-grooving myself; no need for the taser and handcuffs...
