I agree with you. I've been saying this too. That the collision of a human mind with a different kind of mind, has resulted in a "cross-pollination" of cognative abilities. I hope we are right because I for one (and I can see that I am not alone in this) think that the concept of a meta-matrix is a piss-weak plot device. I would find it dissappointing I think. Something from the first movie has me thinking though: "How can he be the one, if he's dead". Cypher gets toasted by tank and Neo goes on to discover that he is the one. Was it luck that saved Tank so he could save Neo? The outcome was prophesied (what is the past tense verb of prophecy?). How so since we're not in the matrix at this point? Coincidence might be enough too explain this, but....

Nope. The trouble is that she's just a little young at the moment. She should ripen up nicely though in the next movie, or perhaps the one after that, assuming "the goblet of fire" gets made into a movie.
