Really the Amiga was the beginning of Multimedia in home computing. It had Multimedia even before the term had been coined. It wasn't until Windows 98 that I really felt that the Amiga was becoming obsolete. After 4 years with no work it started to fall away. I had to move on to linux. More stable than AmigaDos but it took awhile before I felt totally happy with it.

I'm always amazed at this statement. There have been studies that showed that gay individuals "may" have differences in certain areas of the brain. Of course they don't know what to say about the large group of people with these differences that don't show any signs of being gay or the large group of people that don't have these differences but are blatantly homosexual. I personally believe that most, but not all, gay people choose that lifestyle. There is a smaller group that are born with a desire for the same sex. Just as some people are born blind and others are born with missing or misfigured limbs. I don't have anything against either group. What consenting adults do together is not my business. I'm just tired of the bullshit about "I was born this way" when I know that most likely that's just pure fiction.

Regardless of the type of creature, virtually all of nature is about exploitation. Everything feeds off everything else. Humans sit atop the food chain on Earth because they are the ultimate exploiters. We harness everything for our use. Plants, animals and the very planet itself bears our mark. The reason we haven't yet moved on to Mars is that we haven't found a need to exploit it yet....but we're looking. Given what I see here I doubt that the Universe differs all that much. Nature's rule is that the strong survive.

Well actually to Christians, Christ is the Son of God, not a prophet. The nice thing about Christianity though is that for the most part, with the exception of a few kooks, they're all content to leave it to God to handle unbelievers in the next life. If you don't want to believe that's fine. Either you're right, and it's all a fairy tale, or you're wrong and you'll burn in Hell. Too many Muslims seem anxious to take over Allah's job of punishing unbelievers. It's like they don't trust him to do the job properly or something.
