It's not corruption it's how the Democratic party is designed. I can guarantee what happened this year with the Republicans will cause some rule changes on that side to mirror what the Democrats have. The party isn't about the people it's about the party. They don't want the people messing up the Democratic party and making unwise decisions so their betters in the party leadership decide who the nominee is going to be. After how Trump hijacked the Republican party you can bet they'll make sure that shit never happens to them again.
Trump isn't going to win. Sanders voters will bitch and moan and then vote for Hilliary. Maybe as many as 10 percent will either vote for Trump or more likely just stay home. Hilliary was always going to be the Democratic nominee. It was decided well before the primary ever kicked off. Sanders wasted a lot of time and money and he never had a chance. The entire party machine was out to get him from the start. The Republicans fucked up and let Trump get on a roll and then the fact they had a field of 16 or so candidates weakened the establishment's boy wonder !Jeb. If they had only had !Jeb and maybe some nobody and then Trump the outcome would have been totally different. The establishment candidates basically held each other back while Trump took the "I'm fucking fed up with this shit" vote. By the time the arrogant idiots figured out what was happening it was too late. Most likely though, Trump will do better than any of the other dweebs that ran for the Republican nomination would have done. He's going to give Hilliary holy hell and I'm going to enjoy watching it but in the end he's going to lose because most people don't really want change. I'm not sure what kind of president Trump would be but I know what Hilliary is. We are so fucked.
Absolutely right. Always have hypocrites in every walk of life. Like the southern baptist girls who get a "D&C" while mommy and daddy rant about abortion. And anti-gun columnists that shoot trespassers with their pistols. Plenty of do as I say not as I do on both sides.
I don't know why people fail to understand the problem with immigration isn't the people who legally come here to work. Almost no one has a problem with that. It's the millions that flood in without any registration that are the problem. The peach packing plant down the road from me employs a lot of legal workers that come here with the full endorsement of the government. They are not the problem and no one has a problem with them, we all know someone has to pick the peaches and no Americans want those jobs when they can sit home and draw a government check while they watch TV.
They mention this in an article on a company that fake NEC products. In some cases they had researched and developed their own original products and branded them NEC. It's an amazing story.
I don't know, I managed to beat the highway mileage for my Grand Marquis by 2 miles per gallon while traveling at a cruise control set 77 mph. I don't do real city driving but around town and country roads average 2 miles per gallon over the combined city/highway rating. I don't have the lead foot I had in my 20's and 30's anymore but I don't dawdle even though I no longer feel the need to launch at every light.
If you look at Microsoft's campaign donations pre and post monopoly conviction you'll see what happened. They used every dirty trick in the book before the conviction and made almost zero campaign donations. Post conviction they went back to dirty tricks but began handing out heaps of cash to our elected officials. Strangely no one at the justice department seems to notice the dirty tricks anymore. I'm sure there is no connection though.
Maybe we could try to remove all the impediments to selling US goods overseas. I know there are several nations that purport to have free trade but really there is no such thing. Tariffs aren't the only method to impede trade.
My wife had damaged the occipital nerve on the left side of her head in an accident. She had excruciating pain from this and went repeatedly to various doctors trying to get some help. They handed out hydrocodone and oxycodone like it was candy. After exhausting all options locally she was sent to a pain center. Their answer? More pills. I remember sitting there with a humongous bottle of hydrocodone and told her if you take all this shit it's going to kill you. I got her in to the pain clinic at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and the doctor there did a nerve ablation that gave her relief from the pain. It came back and she had to have further treatment but the last 3 years have been pain free. It seems that if doctors can't figure what to do they just throw pills at it.
I really want to like Donald but he makes it so fucking hard. He has so many bad points that it's gotten to the point I keep telling myself "at least he's not Hilliary, he's not Hilliary." I swear I hope a third candidate gets enough traction to make them viable.
Don't go down the other extreme. I'm not terribly enamored of tariffs and trade wars either. The point is there is middle ground. It's possible to come up with a trade deal that benefits everyone, not just the corporations.
Totally agree. It's just like the "People's" Republic of China. It's like they have to name it the opposite of what it is. They should call it the "We don't trust US citizens Act."
Most of the Blue Dog democrats are gone. The passage of Obamacare pretty much doomed most of them. We had a really good guy in middle Georgia named Jim Marshall but he ended up voting for obamacare and he was doomed. That seat was historically Democrat but now a Republican sits there. They're virtually extinct.
A government that actively promotes policies that damage the US economy is a problem. NAFTA did huge damage and now they want to jack that up by several orders of magnitude with the TPP deal. Get ready to bend over and spread 'em American workers. The politicians are getting ready to sell you out. You'll notice the really, really fucked up shit gets huge bi-partisan support? That's because the same fuckers that own the democrats own the republicans. They could care less about bullshit like abortion and gay marriage and trannys in the ladies room. Those are just issues to confuse and divide the people so they can fuck us over. The corporations that run this country don't really give a shit about party lines.
I and millions of others make the same or less than we did 8 years ago. Many are still unemployed yet aren't counted as such because they've dropped off the radar. Many just said fuck it after years of trying.
And before you start with the Fox News bullshit this is CNBC the people who specialize in sucking Democrat dick.
I'm pretty sure Hilliary will do whatever she's told by her bosses at Goldman Sachs. I suppose that's better than Putin. She pretty much IS the average candidate, a lying dishonest politician. Her biggest fault is her arrogance where she thinks we all believe her bullshit because she is Hillary RODHAM Clinton. Personally, as a conservative I'd have preferred Bernie Sanders. I know he's nuts but at least he's not owned by the same people trying to turn the middle class in America into peasants.
The last 2 years of Bush and the 8 of Obama has been a steady slide into a quagmire of debt and fading opportunities. It only looks better by using smoke and mirrors and playing with numbers. You could be doing better possibly but as a country we are not. I doubt Trump could fix it since he's not part of the system and I'm pretty sure the people behind the scenes pulling the strings will make sure he's not elected in any case. It looks as if the elites in the Republican party have been instructed by their masters to sabotage his election and I'm pretty sure these people will be perfectly happy with Hilliary at the helm or Cruz or Rubio or any of their other bitches they fund. Don't look for anything to change except for the worse.

It's not censorship when the Dems do it.
That's different though. Republicans don't really give a shit about Facebook or Twitter.
Peter Thiel. Kind of like a Silicon Valley Unicorn. He might be the only big shot there to support Trump. Some people love to be hated.
Absolutely right. Always have hypocrites in every walk of life. Like the southern baptist girls who get a "D&C" while mommy and daddy rant about abortion. And anti-gun columnists that shoot trespassers with their pistols. Plenty of do as I say not as I do on both sides.
So he's pro-abortion. Actions are louder than words.

I suspect it's a combination of an aging society and a depressed job market. I love the definition of "labor force" given by the Department of Labor.
"People who are neither employed nor unemployed are not in the labor force."

It affects their revenue stream.

I'm glad you and your friends are doing well but as I said you don't represent average citizens.
No one outside of prison, and few inside, are more corrupt than Hilliary.
AT&T should pay for it after all the money they've made over charging and abusing their customers.
