The problem is, 10gb is so big that you'd sooner drain the batteries than hear a 10 gigs worth.
That's why i think it's way too much for me. but 5 Gigs is great.
The iPod is amazing. It's hard to believe no one has released a better mp3 player and it's been out for over a year or more now. There was a recent article about it on Zdnet, talking about USB2 vs FireWire on the iPod. Anyways, the fact that it now has software support for windows should definatly boost its sales. I'm surprised Apple didn't release a client in the first place for Windows.
Now i just have to wonder why i would possibly do with 10 gigs of music?
True, but in cases like that, a laptop is better anyways because it has a real keypad as opposed to a thumbpad. Granted you could go spend $100 for one of those nice foldable pocket keyboards. Laptops are just cooler. You can't play mp3s while watchin pr0n on a pda:P
There is a good reason for increasing the processor speed of PDAs. I agree that keyboard is completely worthless on these little things. I think companies need to start focusing more on voice recognition to do tasks.
The day i can get around half-well with voice commands on a PDA, and not have to worry about weilding a wand or typing on a keyboard that will give me carpel-tunnel.
My friend Rob has a PDA that can do somethings like say the time but there's not much more it can do yet.
What about official Microsloth CDs? I've seen real ones before (I know, I know, I only copied, didn't buy). It has a holographic number in the inner most ring of the cd. Now whether or not this is different for each CD I cannot say.
It is and it isn't. They sold the.tv extention to some company in the USA. And although it was granted to some third world country, they don't use it as much as the company does.

Why is it that extentions are regulated in the first place? I think the whole concept of restricting mypage.* to a set of only 10 choices (excluding those strange 3rd world country names) just to create pseudo scarcity hurts the general market.
To make things worse, they sell the names at an absurd premium on some extentions (such as $10,000 USD to purchace me.tv, or whatever they want for it by now)
I for one would like them to release the market so i can score www.www.www:P
that too many people in power are too ignorant of technology. No one would be dumb enough to ban a website link directly or indirectly of a website in the U.S., because in the long run it doesn't matter. The judge thinks the Internet is some tangible force he can control through judiciary action.
On a side note, I thought Denmark was one of the more tech-savvy countries (even more so per capita than the U.S.A). Scratch that off my list of assumptions:)
The funny thing about the situation is you'd think open source software would have more bugs, being that anyone can find a hole in the source code and then exploit that. While that is true for the most part, security is more dependant on the firewalling and server configuration itself. However, for security "in general" i think open source and closed source software are pretty well matched.
Open source software allows you to find the bugs in the code, which means there are less but still a few hanging around.
Closed source software seems to have more open holes *cough*M$*cough* but are thus harder to find by the "security through obscurity" clause.
With technologies like searching google through a program using SOAP/XML, what else (developer related) do you plan on doing to keep on top of the search market?
My favorite game protection of all time was quake 2. First Id software makes this incredible game, with 0 protection against copying, and then release quake 3 with online copy protection and online gameplay only. Thus, suckering in a bunch of people into buying the new version.
I wonder if the struggle between companies and consumers will ever end, because the companies always lose:P
Next they are going to tell me i can only use internet explorer to access the internet.
Bill needs to pull his cyborg head out of his ass and remember that people already are trying to bring the company Microsoft down for a monopoly, but i guess he just wants to lead the pack.
What advantages does gnome have? Why would i go with it over KDE 3?
Just a question, not for the sake of argument. i'm a linux desktop newbie.
Nice troll coward Sue me, it doesn't use normal ahref tags.
New article on Linux.org! Linux is dominating the desktop arena by outselling M$ Winblowz XP on a landslide quarter.

whoops! hah i should read more closely next time :)

I'm so close to my fantasy of seeing britney spears in 150 fps with 4x AA and 16mill colors. *massive drooling*
