A butt pirate. I hope he gets AIDS from his butt pirate cellmate. I hope he has a slow lingering death brought on by said AIDS. I hope the medical bills put his family in financial ruin. I hope that causes one or more of his family members to commit suicide. I hope the others turn to drugs to drown their sorrows. I hope they get caught stealing TVs to support their drug habit and get sent to prison as well.

Bullshit. Postgres/mysql are cake walks to run compared to Oracle. Plus, whatever hardware you have dedicated to your oracle database - divide that power and price by 10 and you will get the same performance with postgres or mysql. And they are not going to need a full time dba to babysit it. In addition, that additional box is not going to cost you another yearly Oracle processor license.
Anyone who uses Oracle in a situation where it is utterly unneeded is a complete idiot. It's like hunting pheasents with a Blackhawk helicopter.
