Well, I'm not sure how common it's supposed to be, but since I qualified, I've been a mod about once a month. Note I have no sense of time, however, and it could possibly be once every 3 months or once every 2 weeks.
Any reason why this shouldn't work with Linux+RealPlayer? Trying to circumvent the site now (probably in violation of the DMCA).
Change your UserAgent to MSIE 5.5 in Win98 and go to:
http://www.movielink.com/commerce/detect/SiteEntry Detection.jhtml
View Source to find a # for the next URI:
http://www.movielink.com/commerce/detect/SiteEntry Detection.jhtml?_requestid=PUT_#_HERE&bhfv=0&bhrl= 8&bhrx=8&bhmp=0&bhmx=0&bhsp=2800&bhqs= 1
At this point, I get something complaining about connection speed (bhsp in the URI above).
Any idea how to get that field right?
Not if the site is linked to from Slashdot... But then again, the site will be/.ed soon enough so it probably doesn't matter if it appears to happen a few seconds early....
Well, their Linux kernel driver comes with source code (not distributable, but you can read it...)
From what I hear, the only reason the GLX doesn't have sources available is because nVidia doesn't own some of the code it uses.
Does Transmeta plan to have DRM in their chips? If not, they could be a good alternative for regular desktops... Hopefully they'll make a nice DRM-less 32/64-bit x86-compatible CPU for us to use in the future.
Try comparing Win2k to Mozilla1.0. Those 200,000 bugs include duplicates and are also all the bugs in Mozilla's history. Or you could compare the 200,000 bugs to all the bugs in MSIE since it has existed (don't forget to count bugs found at MS before a release!)
Is this the same as how GBAs in the US are $100 yet you can import them for $63? Of course, I haven't checked US GBA prices in a while... maybe they're $63 now too, but I doubt it...
"no operating system has ever come back from the grave"
I wasn't aware of that, but that's a good thing to hear. That means Windoze won't come back from the grave either. It died nearly a year ago.:)
Problem with `wiring the two outputs together' is that if both are 1, the output would be 2 (double the pressure). I suspect the XOR/AND gate would malfunction if one side is 1 and the other is 2...

Last time I checked, Cartoon Network doesn't show anime. They just show cartoons, commercials, and evil dubs.

Actually, I believe Mozilla for Windows has some kind of ActiveX wrapper so it works...
Magic Knight Rayearth rules, BTW...

Dubbie... You mean Sailormoon!
Dubbie. Pocket Monsters, the original game is much better. Even though the only difference is the language and names...
"Is this really supposed to be HTML?"
stupid
Of course. VB is supposed to be boring. Try C or C&....
The webserver has a maximum of 10 concurrent users.

Mozilla works on Windoze too, you know...
+1 Insightful

I'm not 100% sure, but wasn't Excite! PAL (long since dead) first?
Quite possibly, it would have resulted in a NASA GNU/Linux distro...

How about the IM standard, Jabber?

Read the article... The XOR chip works like AND too.

What would they be Saving To Disk anyway?
