It might actually fall under extreme porn since what the guy did to his butt was a rather extreme - and extreme porn is illegal in some parts of the world.
Yes, lets assume poster is a moron rather than non native; the distinction and understanding of lose and loose, affect and effect, their and there, inflammable, its and it's are so easy that no native English speaking would ever make the mistake...
Oh wait, perhaps you are the inbreed moron who should pull his head out of his arse?
Yes! Let's wait till shit has hit the fan, people are dying in the billions before we do something.
Do I know brushing my teeth will prevent dental problems? No, absolutely not, however most research seem to indicate doing it - but until I've stopped brushing them for several years and seen the result by myself I can't know for sure! Strangely enough, I do the preventing thing, yeah it might be waste of time and money, but the alternative sucks even more.
That's why we should act, not because we know what will happen, but because if scientists are right the world will be a bad place to be; better do something about it while we still have a tiny hope. Yes we might be doomed, but at least try to fix it!
See, words like positive feedback loop are the real problem. Scientists should use terms like "Evil feedback loop", "feedback on nuclear scale" - while not making sense, people being fed by their tubes will know it's bad and they should react.
Don't know about the keep on top, but the other two complaints are still spot on, even on windows.
When I fire up Gimp it usually places toolbars on one screen and the main window on the other, regardless of me changing the positions each time I use it.
You might wanna pull your head out of your arse and look up the term yourself there matey.
Now, obvisouly, if you where so sure of yourself you wouldn't be hiding behind AC, but for others as confused as AC wiki, can as always send you in the proper direction: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patent_troll
Now a patent troll is *often* someone without an actual product, but Apple is indeed a troll since they are using their patents to try to force other players out of the market *while ignoring* said players portfolio (and counter demands).
Amen. I started out with PS3 Media Server and the PS3, but gave up, it is such a friggin hassle to work with. These days I'm using a QNAP NAS and a small HTPC, works every time.
(Shame less plug, one drive in the QNAP gave up and for some reason the entire soft array got whacked, the QNAP tech rebuild the array remotely for no charge; that's customer service).
As someone else said, who cares about $400 bag when you are carrying $5-6000 worth of equipment (or if you are a pro, probably $10-20.000).
I love my crumpler, I love the fact that even if it gets recognized as a camera bag, they still need to get it off your shoulders to steal the hardware.
The nice thing about "global warming" is we can actually try and better our selves. If it's solar activity, orbital changes, acts of god or just those stupid elves, we can't do jack shit about it.
Around here weather has changed - ALOT - last couple of years has set several records, man made or not, we are in for climate change; by changing our pollution we might not fix the climate, but at least the air will be cleaner and we would have done *something* to try and stop it.
Brunes69 can't use the product, thus it is not useful!
Good work there, you saved them a lot of money potentially wasted on marketing this product...
Personally I'd love something I could print high quality pictures on and erase at a whim - I take 8-10000 pictures a year and perhaps 50 of those are print "worthy" (e.g. something spot on I want to hang on a wall) - I'd save a lot of money if I could just print on "top" of an existing picture whenever I wanted to switch them out.
At no point in my post do I claim that the right wing is doing anything right, nor do I say *anything* about unemployment. Nor do I at no point say anything about my opinion of these repairs.
What I did say is, we are currently renovating everything because the economy isn't doing well; this is the normal and advised move for any politician to get the market back into order => more employment, more spending (thus the spending cycle). This is not a negative thing, this is a reaction to how the market is right now.
Oh, and for the record, FUCK YOU! how about not attacking people like some chihuahua overcompensating for his lack of size? Read what people write, if you disagree with them, make sure you actually understood what they wrote, if not, ask them what they mean instead of coming out of the closet guns firing...
Actually Denmark isn't doing too well. Government is trying to nudge the market back into life by renovating anything that looks slightly broken. Go for a walk in Copenhagen and you will see roadworks and buildings being renovated all over the city - this isn't because we suddenly all got rich, this is the government trying to restart the "spending cycles".
Yeah, it's a friggin pain in the butt, but by no means impossible with one browser. I have google apps for personal and company mail and I have a std. gmail account for youtube.
It' is by all means possible, just annoying. (Just remember to enable multiple logins)
So if your setup is using the build in logins and not using remote connects, then yes, pgsql is damned easy to set up.
But for those of us who wants to use usernames/passwords and groups to handle login it's a tad annoying to set up. (To be fair, it's by no means impossible, just annoying - it has some quirks that you need to man your way around).
So you are really saying that, if someone releases proprietary code they do not own as GPL, then GPL license is so holy and so right, that no other laws will be able to stand in it's might, thus fore fitting all rights from the entity being robbed?
It might actually fall under extreme porn since what the guy did to his butt was a rather extreme - and extreme porn is illegal in some parts of the world.
But said software isn't illegal in Europe, Real Networks are suing a European over alleged patent rights, those patents aren't valid in Europe.

If you only have a license for a patent you can't use it as leverage against trolls like Apple - by owning core patents they can fire back...
No no no, ctrl+f turns text into bold, ctrl+b searches.
Ohhh... you meant on English OS.

Baring Charles Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe, I guarantee you young people today do not know any of the actors of early(ish) years of movies.
I doubt anyone in 70 odd years will know who Paul Newmann was, baring a few boffs.

They come with a "raincoat" these days, but they are water repellant, but I use the additional protection for heavy rain.
Their backpacks are designed for this exact combo. Got my laptop, filters, lenses and body in one backpack.
Look for the "c list celebrity"
And record amount of water coming down in northern Europe - or record setting months of heat etc.
Might not be global warming - but the climate around here sure as hell has changed, man made or not, be afraid...

I did what now?

Still rather expensive per mbit, here (Denmark, Europe) I pay $50 for 60/60mbit (uncapped) connection with 3 fixed IPs.
A 200/200mbit connection is $191.
I'm hoping oil then, that should get us to Mars in a hurry!
Touché.
