The reason is simple. The first wave of Harry Potter video buyers are going to be parents driven crazy by their children to get the thing. Middle America usually just goes to Wal-Mart or some store and picks it up. For $20 they get the best babysitter in the world. It's cheaper to make non-cp videos so that makes profit margins go even higher up for the video.
No parents is going to let their kid keep screaming while they go call people they know and see if they can't make a copy for it. They'll go to the store and get it and quiet the kid.
'Some small American newspapers frequently fabricate offbeat news to trick people into noticing them, with the aim of making money,' the paper said. 'This is what the Onion does.'"
Well, as nice as it is to see the paper retract their statments, does the Onion really make that much money? I mean, aside from the ads and paper subscriptions they really don't have a source of capital (Like the classified sections of your other papers)
The director of the Nevada DMV has denied the application for a custom plate depicting a mushroom-shaped cloud. The plates where apparently 'insensitive' and otherwise politically incorrect...
If I recall correctly, weren't these standard issue liscense plates a while back? They may have been a bit more expensive, but it seemed like every other Nevada plate had them. It's a big part of NV's history.
If we wanted cutting edge Pixels, we'd go back and play Wolfenstein. Man, I remember those days, the people with sharp features and a whole four frames of animation. And we were glad to have it, too.
There are SOME instances where copyright extension works out. Shouldn't Peter Pan have become public domain? I think it's been long enough. Instead every production of Peter Pan pays royalties to an English Children's hospital. You really can't argue against extending that copyright.
How old is your printer? I've been a Mac user for ever and besides the first Apple printer, I've had HP printers every time. They all worked very well with the Mac.
They'd better change all their commercials. Every single broadband commercial I says something to the tune of "Download music all the time, it only takes a second!".
Now they'll say "Download music during off peak hours and during your alotment of P2P hours. Please check when your p2p service hours run, because we are not responsible for severed files."
It's perfectly feasable. Yes, my books had missed out on a play or two I was supposed to read, and it took 6 weeks longer for me to get them, but buying used textbooks really worked out for me. Until I couldn't sell them.
Hey wait a minute... That didn't work out that well at all. The books' information did, but buying and selling didn't.
Gotta hate July birthdays. Only a few days ago did I get my 10GB iPod. Now I get to be green w/ envy.
Wouldn't the amount of force be more than a parachute is used to receiving? This could possible rip a rope or the parachute itself.

Video == DVD I mean. I just get into that habit of calling any sort of movie at home a video.

Why not? I'll knock them up for money, even if it's 45 cents it'll be nice.

each participant serves their own piece of geography in the overall world. Basically, everyone walks around and chats.
You mean like real life without intimidation and shyness? Real life with people just walking up and asking if you want to have sex.
Everybody who looks at the reasons (Which have a bunch of merit) has to see the about.com banner. You'd think that they'd take that down.
Anywas, that site seems to have been created on their own... it wasn't a user page so the popularity breeds popularity doesn't apply.
Look what happens when the RIAA's "funding" of his research dries up. The results change.
Unfortunately, this will not have the same effect as his first paper.
It won't be on for long. It's ratings are horrible.
Why couldn't they team up together and build some awesome jets together and bill the government for twice as much money. Then everybody wins!

Guess what the #1 cause of Carpal Tunnel is.
It's vibration. So when you have this vibrating combined with the repetitive movements, you can easily get carpal tunnel and tendonitis very quickly.
But hey, should be fun tho'.
Weren't they finished with shooting this movie? I thought they were just working on overdubs and effects.
So these files we're talking about would be modded Redundant?
How far we've come in this brave new world...
Back when I was 11 and playing w/ my SNES, I thought that I'd never see the day when Sonic was on a Nintendo console.
