    People didn't stand up strong enough last time, now this is the new normal. It's always harder to get back rights after they have been taken. Push hard to undo this, but don't expect anything to change. (Remember, they were also doing this before it was legalized).

    Very few people even read the fake document as well. It outlined HRC as having been "kompromat" for many years.

  16. To add to what everyone else is saying, Trump did not call for the droning/assassination of Assange/Wikileaks. That was Hillary Clinton. It's quite likely that this is in part a big anti-Clinton push and not so much a pro-Trump push.

    According to Assange, supposedly they don't have anything surprising about Trump. Nothing that he hasn't already talked about or that has been brought up about him. So it sounds like there's lots of accusations without anything out there to back them up. The same thing happens with Clinton, but somehow we end up with the data to verify it.

  19. I agree with your assessment in how things should be made more simplified in that the updates should come from Google. There's a problem, however, in that to my knowledge the drivers are tightly coupled with the kernel. They do this for both performance and because that is the way the Linux kernel is. You run into the same issues on desktop Linux systems where installing NVidia drivers requires a patch and shim to load a binary blob.

  20. When an app is removed from the App store, it continues to function where it's installed. (Apple so far has not disabled nor remotely removed any app from anyone's devices). if you sync with iTunes, iTunes will capture the app and save a copy locally.

    If you charge a fee for any book or other work you generate using this software (a âoeWorkâ), you may only sell or distribute such Work through Apple (e.g., through the iBookstore) and such distribution will be subject to a separate agreement with Apple.

    Originally it was not worded to only be iBooks.

    It appears they updated the EULA afterwards. Before that, it expressly did not permit selling outside Apple platforms.

    iBooks only work on iOS devices. The iBooks application states specifically that you are only to use it to develop books for the iOS platform as well.
