    We used to type all sorts of text cheats into our TI-85 calculator, like for geography where we had to calculate some things and could use the calculator. It was very unfortunate though, when the teacher caught me and a friend copying the files over the link cable from one calc to the other..

    I share any file on my MP3/Bluetooth enabled cellphone just fine. Of course there's no DRM on it but I can share my whole memory chip over Bluetooth if I want to. Noone stops the cellphone makers for this.

    Because he's an idiot. I've read in an article in Forbes Asia, that the founder of bodog.com never steps down on U.S. soil because of exactly this reason.

    Why o why do people wonder if their machine get hijacked when so many slashdot readers neglect updating their browser, even if you use it only for "a page that just refuses to play"... Update. Or sooner or later you can trash your machine or your user account.

    Am I the only one, who thinks, that Google as a whole is becoming the best data source for intelligence agencies? Poeple search, read books, find products, read news, read and send email, post classifieds, read and post to newsgroups, look for friends on orkut, blog on blogger, I can hardly finish... Is it so difficult, to draw such a very bad picture of Google being one of the best targets for an intelligence agency? I mean, those organisations know how to bring their people into a trusted circle...
