In my experience. MOST user are intimidated by the IDEA of an operating system, if they even understand the term. They certainly are not comfortable installing a new one. So unless it can be done automatically, without loosing access to their existing data. Or unless in comes on the computer when they buy it. It's not happening.
While I want to start by saying universal health care is a good thing. It has one major problem , 'who defines health care'. The current system already has that problem , right now the company you buy insurance from defines it and you get to have some pick ( if you are self insured) over the company.
I will happily support universal health care plans that allow for 2 things.
1) do no pay for abortions , birth control, Viagra ( or other recreational drugs).
2) will not aid people who mistakenly want to be something they can never be in there fantasy by paying for acts of self mutilation. ( like sex change operations).
I would expect 30 - 60% of people reading this would not accept universal health care that doesn't pay for those things.
What we need is away of providing medical care everyone that can be defined by the groups who participate in it. Something more like membership organizations , or Medical sharing groups that are organized by but not controlled by the government and instead allow those who are members to vote on what benefits they want and are willing to pay for. Then there needs to be some kind of stipend that follows people with lower income that is not dependent on existing medicade laws so the states can't block it.
Otherwise we are just setting ourselves up for years of political battles over social issues that won't see universal health care... maybe ever.

The problem is , there really isn't any reliable,or unbiased alternative. I do believe NPR and The Christian Science Monitor both at least try to be objective, but the reality is they both still are staffed in such a way they bias shows in both there topic choice, whom they choose to interview, and how the interview is conducted.

I quite gaming and have been much happier ever since. Games are meant to entertain us, so amuse us and to be a way to expend 'free time'. But what do you have when you are done. Why not write story, a poem , go explore you city for an hour, read any of the many classic books out there , spend time discussing thing on line or even with real people. Pray or meditate , or excise.
Unless you games are developing a useful skill or helping you to grow closer in relationship to others by sharing a common experience. You are wasting your time.

The predictive power of your model will always be limited by the amount of data you have , which will be limited by your ability to predict it. For any given topic AI might be able to make 'better' predictions by creating a better model, but even then they would be 'within a range of possibilities' not with absolute certainty.
No amount of intelligence can solve an unsolvable problem. No amount of data will allow you to predict the future. The best model in the world breaks down quickly because of the laws of mathematics that are laid out in Chaos theory.
