So I would visit streamripper.sourceforge.net if you have not yet. You too can have a music collectioon that is gigs and gigs huge (as if you did not already being a slashdot reader) Not that I think there is anything wrong with trading .... Are folks still doing the DOS pon the RIIA via the host file? I have used this: http://ssmedia.com/utilities/hosts/ to map all ads to their site .... I read that here once and just love that idea...

I was sure they changed they location to where it would discourage voting. Then my friend reminded me of a grea maxim, goes something like "never atribute to malice what so boviously belongs to incompetence"... I am mis-quoting for sure, but it has the idea...

I kind am torn on this one, one side says if you do not vote your concience what is the point? The other side tells me to be practical and to win small battles at a time.

I am not a legal expert, but if you are proven to be negligent about any business data, last I checked, you are at fault really. For example. If I listed all of my customers on my website, I could not sue an ex-employee for using my customer list to do sales, since I make it public and available to all.
I do not see how SCO could claim proprietary information on something they released under GPL.
However, this country seems so corrupt anything is possible.
