I agree with you on all but 1 point: Uh, NAMBLA? What does NAMBLA do that's bad? Don't tell me they support child molestors, that's bullshit. Not all pedophiles are child molestors. It's a MYTH. Not all pedophiles are child molestors, not all hackers are pimply dorks who are conspiring to destroy computers all over the world from their parent's basements, and not all americans are fat lazy rednecks who are married to their cousin.
GTA3 and VC don't have MP for a reason. Rockstar's net code just plain sucks. Ever played a GTA1/2 MP game with a ping over 100? The lag is pretty bad. They also have to deal with spawning cars, which is OK for only one person, but it gets complicated to make sure multiple people are all seeing the same cars in the same place. Because if Bob gets into a car that only exists on Bob's game, and is inexistent on Joe's game, that's not a good thing.
A very appropriate quote, from Donny in Gone in 60 Seconds (the black dude with the hat): "Pull over. Pull it the hell over! Let's see, you can't negotiate traffic, you can't signal properly, you can't parallel park. Hell, you can't drive, honey. I can't swim, I know I can't. So you know what I do? I stay my black ass out the pool!" Rockstar just plain sucks at MP code. So they don't do it. I'm not saying they gave up, I'm pretty sure they're trying, but do you really want buggy, laggy, messed-up, glitchy multiplayer games? I'd rather have a really good single player game.
"("Metric, or English, billions?" was the best I could do. Aren't you glad I didn't?)"
Wouldn't have been too bad. In french, un billion is 1 000 000 000 000. Un milliard = 1 000 000 000. Un million = 1 000 000. Note that in french, a space separates groups of digits, and a comma is the decimal point. One french billion (say that with a french accent and it'll make more sense) is equivalent to one english trillion.
So technially, if you asked "English or French billions?", you'd even be correct.
I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about either, but it's true. Allegedly (I don't really trust books my school buys. I mean, who trusts the Ontario education system???) (FYI: French Immersion school, before you ask)
A similar story: My no-name DVD-ROM drive, a pretty recent 16x model, doesn't let go of discs. When I press the Eject button, the drive spins up, the read light turns on, and half a minute later, it spins back down. Doesn't let me have my disc unless I reboot and go into the BIOS. I need to go into My Computer and use it's eject button, or a similar software-controlled eject.
BTW, I don't wanna get any crap about "My Computer". It's my windows box. I use it to play games. If I want to use linux, I'll push a little button on my KVM switch and use my other PC.
According the Postini service my ISP provides, it's currently 66%, which makes a lot more sense. FYI, this is a very good filter. All false positives I've gotten were mailing lists, and there was only one spam message that got through.

Please, set up a proxy server, or at least a copy of that page. I want to see this white page. I wonder what happens to gay news sites, or other such sites...
You know what? I haven't run a full HD check at all since I dropped the drive. I guess I forgot, since I was too busy (the PC's mobo was fried, so I took the HD out, ran down to my mom's PC, plugged it in, and tested it. It worked fine, to my relief, but as I was putting it back in the case, I dropped it).
I'm gonna go run a full scandisk. There's a lot of important data on that drive. Thanks.
Uh, oops. It was kinda hard to tell. I was wondering, but didn't see any signs of sarcasm or joking or anything, so I proceeded to post.

They shouldn't be telemarketing in the first case. They get what they deserve.
If you're going to let SCO stop you from doing anything, you're a fucking pussy. You actually think they pose a threat to ANYTHING?
"Now we retreat back into our safe, dark caves (or apartments, as applicable)"
You forgot our parents' basements.
If anyone's wondering, this is a reference to one of Grand Theft Auto 3's ads/fake companies. Mod him up.
Although the other people are also right, I believe the correct question is not "will it violate the DMCA", it's:
DOES ANYONE REALLY GIVE A SHIT?

has 1 binary, 2 source archives, and 3 other files.
If you consider this karma-whoring, go screw yourself. Do you want me to mirror the files or not?

In Soviet Russia, Windows NT tests YOU!
I'd say that's even more obvious than your examples.
Or all HEAD things. Whenever I query my server with netcraft, all that shows up in the log is a HEAD query. You could always lock out the HTTP GETs.
US law says a lot of things.
I'd like to thank Mozilla 1.3.1, and Windows XP Home, and especially my overclocked P4 for helping me with this frist psot.
Oooh, I got -1, Troll already!

Hm. Well, that's a bitch. I had logged out, but Mozilla filled in my username and password for me. Oh well, I was thinking of becoming a troll anyway.
And hey, I got 2nd post, better than that time I got 3rd. Still no FPs for me, though.
Sometimes I'm too much self for my own man.
Actually it's not that bad. Right now it's maxing out my ADSL connection, a full 120kB/s. Probably done by now...
**types KVM key combo**
Yep, it's done.

Oh right, I forgot about that, the apple section is like another site altogether.
You know what I just noticed? There are 2 Medias, one called "Media" and one "The Media". Plus Media (Apple).
Apple gets a dozen categories, but all MS stuff gets lumped into one. An Evil category would be fun.
And what about BEANIES?

Whoawhoawhoawhoa, who said we're not interested in piracy?
