    It really bothers me that people that are SO good at math cannot figure that 4.1 and 4.10 are exactly the same thing. Please name the 1 version 4.01 and 10 version 4.10. Trailing zeros have no values and are implied. FTR I work in marketing and I am not that advanced in math...

    I respect everyone's opinion, including yours. But your english is so bad, I (french canadian) can point obvious errors in your syntax. You just lost all credibility to my eyes. Please look at this graph http://www.nachi.org/forum/f13/too-much-money-being-printed-inflation-here-we-come-46015/ and tell me US doubled its productive output very recently. That was all I got to say.

    Money do NOT relate to actual resources anymore. There is much more money in so called virtual economy consisting of insurances and financial speculation than actual production of goods and services.

    Somehow, thay can sign town of apps and drivers on a regular basis, but signing teeny tiny code for FSF got screwed... It only validate, in my opinion, this whole secure boot shit was meant to give alternative OS a hard time.

    Would be hard to enforce patent in court, they are not the first provider to suggest web applications upgrades to their customers. Patenting upgrading a web app after two weeks is a very long shot.

    Why not skip school and have a friend carry her ID around... is that so hard for teachers to actually take attendance? Social problems CANNOT be solved with technology solutions... such as voting machines.

    Business that require visible ID at all time tends to be in the sectors that screw up real bad (financial sector). Why is this a good example? Plus getting all kids to accept real-time tracking can be a precursor to a full-fledge police state Joseph Stalin would be jealous of. I am SO glad metal detactors and chip tracking students are not implemented in my country.

    I consider HURD to be a very ambitious experiment that have the potential to benefit computing greatly in the long term. It is a very clean and extensible design, but very difficult to master.

    It's the private school that restricts it, not the reporter boss. From the article:

    “I think just generally speaking is what we’re trying to do is steer people toward partnerships we have with radio, television and our own web presence,” Moore said. “We don’t want people taken way from that experience.”

    In plain english: "We have deals with radios and the twitter feeds do not generate revenues, so we decided it was better for us if you cannot follow the games in detail with twitter even if you prefer that over radio."
