This will make it really hard for them to go after anyone at this point. You can't just dismiss people like this without looking like you're carrying a personal vendetta/grudge/race/sexual orientation/religious whatever against one person and another. The next person that gets dragged to court will ask why their client is being targeted while this other man is not.
Assuming Zimmerman was heading back to his car when he was attacked, we will then need to know what prompted Martin to follow Zimmerman and attack him. If you sit and think on that, you will come to the conclusion that Martin was somehow intimidated/harassed in one way or another for him to go after someone. If he felt threatened enough, the stand your ground law will apply to Martin because he was not the person who initiated the harassment.
Obviously selling the product is a concern for your employer. This means it is a concern for you. If your employer cannot make money, how do you expect them to pay you? I'm not telling you to lie, or make anything up, but why aren't you being proactive about this and asking for the app to use for your own? Unless you hate your company, then expect to be let go for some other reason.
A lot of us are wondering the same thing. In conceal carry courses, you are told that if you ever use your gun in self defense, expect to be locked up and a long trial ahead of you even if you are in the right. We know someone was shot, that should have been enough to lock him up under suspicion of manslaughter at the very least and let the judge and jury figure out the rest. This may not seem like 'innocent until proven guilty", but how is this any different than an actual thug killing another thug over a woman/drugs/car/whatever and simply saying the same thing Zimmerman is?
This would break a lot of trade laws. They can go ahead and do this, but any company found selling products that were made this way will be fined into oblivion, shut down, or jailed.
Yes. Remember his son was educated in the outside world. He was not brought up in isolation. Granted, that doesn't mean he doesn't hold views of his father, but there is hope that he may be tired of his country being the poor kid on the block. He might also care for his people more as well. Maybe he has aspirations to better his people rather than complain that the world is at fault instead.
There is a big different now. Their previous policies were under the new deceased leader who was very isolationist by nature. His son, was traveled and educated in and around Europe growing up. He knows how the world works, and enjoyed many of the freedoms that came with it.
That is the only reason we are talking. If Kim were still alive, we would have never bothered. However, his son may have different ideas how he would like to run the country.
It is the massive budget deficits that are driving this. Why pay people to fly planes, when they can simply be replaced. The entire movement to fully autonomous drones is because 1) It keeps lives out of danger and 2) Saves a lot of money because it keeps lives out of the payroll and health care for any injuries, PTSD, etc that they may get while in the line of duty.
When you can have a single person controlling an entire battalion at his fingertips, you have saved the tax payers literally billions. This is the future of warfare.
Maybe in your experience this is true, but in mine, we have large projects that going into massive amounts of overtime. This rolls off the shoulders of all the old 50+ people without issue. The younger ones (30 and below) seem entitled to having 2hrs for every 1hr worked over 40 hours. They eventually get moved into groups that don't do much of anything on the risk level, and thus never get promoted.
I mean, it already is huge among the geek crowds. But the build process for these devices is becoming so cheap and affordable, they will be sold with every desktop and laptop in the coming years. Who doesn't want to design and print their own action figures for their kids? Who doesn't want to print out their favorite sports teams logo? Who doesn't want to prototype some new idea they have for literally nothing in costs? Who doesn't want to print out their own tabletop gaming figures instead of paying $13 a figure, you can print out a (properly licensed model) one out for a measly quarter.
Kodak could pounce on this market, make their own brand of plastics, their own printers, their own software, etc.
Mark my words, 3D printers is the "next big thing". Take a look at the makerbots and repraps. These things are insanely cheap for what they do, and the price keeps on dropping even more. Can you imagine how cheap they will be when a large company with a huge wallet buys parts bulk and refines them down to mere dollars per device in cost?
It got me into computing, and I picked it up so fast that I became a mentor. We basically programmed out own little games.
In first grade. This was right after they were released in the USA. Public school system. Looking back it seems to be have been pretty progressive for the time. Beyond grades 3-5 we never did much of any computing as the industry sort of stuttered. When I got to middle school there was NO computing programs with the exception of Atari STs in the art classes. Of which I jumped at and it got me into 2d art, and eventually... I went to high school and convinced the art teachers to get Amiga for 3D design and art. Unfortunately, the budget didn't allow it, so I got to sit by myself on the sole Atari ST in the library doing "independent study on computers" which basically consisted me writing programs in pascal and playing video games.
Kind of sad it never really panned out beyond first grade.
I haven't seen a single post here showing otherwise. When I see someone walking down the street with a tiny dog in their purse, there are no different than someone tapping away on their ios/android device. They have uses for sure, but no where near what the companies are requiring you to shell out for them. The only reason I have a cell phone at all these days is to be on call, or if my car dies in the middle of nowhere. I talk to people face to face, and if we need to set plans, we do it over facebook which works just fine from anywhere that isn't a smart phone.
Not only are we losing jobs in WI since Walker took over, we're now ranked #1 in the amount of job losses since he started. It's really telling that corporate bonuses are at an all time time when at the same time we're at an all time low of job creation, but an all time high in tax cuts for corporations. Jobs? Why should they hire someone when they can pocket the money as a bonus. Thanks!

That is the definition.

My Amiga 500 had a 40MB hard drive and 2Mb memory expansion box on the left side. It cost me $700 and was worth every penny.
The Chicken.
They probably wont be sending them back. They will probably be recycled.

You mean, USED to. They haven't done this for decades and decades.

How are they possibly making money off 'big boobs'?

Be glad your property taxes wont go up as much next year because of this.
1. Buy $2500 violin, then claim it's a fake.
2. Buy a $100 fake violin.
4. Buy lotto ticket.
5. Win lotto.
6. Profit with TWO violins!
Thank you for pointing that out.

For being a generally awesome and responsible human being.

I see them on ebay, but shipping is ridiculous. Otherwise I see them on Amazon for almost $200.
I think I got dumber by reading this.
