This all comes down to good billing and reporting to there customers. If they had a decent way of tracking the clicks they could filter out abuse cases and there customers would be blind to any abuse that could be happening. It almost seems like they don't do anything about to see if they can get away with the abuse seeing how google booasts some of the best engineers in the industry I don't see why this should be a problem.
Store the CO2 underground and when cheap spaceflight or space elevater becomes reality we can dump it into space for superman to clean up:)

For the casual jogger this is fine. For someone more serious I would always recommend local running stores to buy running shoes. There are certain types of shoes which are better for certain types of feet.
I am hopeing this article is just a feelier article something that they go hey it was just an idea screw it.
I mean seriously they lost 12% in new subscribers the lowest ever last quarter. If they are stupid enough to go with this new pricing model you will see new subscribers drop off the face of the earth along with losing a lot of existing subscribers...... I how they gonna recover the costs of there infastructure then......
I would'nt be buying any broadband stock if I were you......

we use PHP here for huge web applications.. we have six servers pumping out one website and it connects to a redundant database server.
Uhm ok.... only 6 we've had over 20 servers running our site using java, jsp and servlet tech's.
The systems works quite well...
actually there is a reason not to use 1.4 runtime.... Look at the memory footprint of the 1.4 and compare it to 1.1..
