It seems like a good compromise might be to allow telecommuting three days a week: tuesday, wednesday, and thursday, and have mondays and fridays be in the office. That way you still get to interact with your team, and talk to the people you need to talk to, but you are spared 60% of the time and expense of commuting, and all the in-office distractions on those days.
That's true for now, and if "features" like this stay only in exotic cars like this one, then that's fine with me. I doubt that they will, though, and that's the problem that I have with that car.
Lies and propaganda. You are trying to discourage people from trying out OpenRC on Gentoo to further advance the systemd monopoly, but your mistake is that OpenRC is alive and well.
That is absolutely horrible. The doors and hood are completely electric for absolutely no reason. In a just world, it would be illegal to design a car like that. Those things should be completely banned from sale.
He has to be trolling. The whole post reads like a troll. In order for him to actually have done that, he'd have to be so stupid that he'd barely be able to string words together, like that Joe Dragon character who still posts here for some reason.
> Or when we see that dipshit on Parliament Hill in Ottawa who killed the cenotaph guard and was killed in the parliament buildings. In his mind he was a terrorist maybe, but Canadians could see him as a radicalized idiot not a terrorist. Panic averted.
That tyrant Harper used that as an excuse to pass new anti-terrorism laws, though, making Canada just a little bit more awful, just the way he likes it.
Yeah, each American life is worth more than 20 Iraqi lives. Who cares about the 100,000+ Iraqis that died in the war and occupation. American soldiers are the only lives that matter.
Are you fucking retarded? That guy, as you call him, represents FEMA and has full authority from FEMA to do what he did. There has been no overturning of this decision by higherups. By your "special" logic, no federal agency EVER does anything bad: it's always just some guy who works there. By real logic, this is FEMA's doing.
Take a look at all the certificate authorities your browser trusts sometime. Any one of those can issue a certificate for ANY website, not just those in the area where that authority. If any ONE of those authorities issues a certificate for, say, the NSA, then they can MITM your communication with any website if they're in a position to do so (and the NSA most definitely is), regardless of that website's original certificate. By default, the browser doesn't give a shit if the certificate changes. All of this makes SSL useless against a determined attacker.
I don't think there has ever been a more blatant example of a paid shill than this asshole, Follow Meeee. I mean, saying that the Surface RT is a success? That Metro was a good idea? A user id of almost three million? If I were you, I wouldn't dignify anything he said with a response.
There AREN'T ANY, you fuckwit. There are so few general aviation aircraft flying that the lead in their fuel makes no measurable environmental impact at ALL.
Not only that, but 'virii' could only be the plural if 'virius' was the singular, which it is not, but most people seem to be too stupid to realize that. So there's that too.

You are not funny.
Nobel invented dynamite, not TNT.
The mods here are idiots. A cursory search reveals the results of testing which shows that you know what you're talking about here.

Maybe you should shut your yapper instead of cheering for war, then!
> Ironically, it was a government of a country which is known for its anti-freedom reputation that revealed the list of Microsoft's patents
The United States?
Two reasons. 1) Shills downmodding any sort of anti-state view. 2) His comment here: http://yro.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=6928395&cid=49007821 copies his comment here: http://yro.slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=6928395&cid=49007803.

That is not awesome, that is ultra-cheap. She's going to be one of those fools who dies with millions in the bank and living in poverty conditions.

I hope everyone you know realizes what an awful person you are and you die alone and miserable.

Not even close to true in FreeBSD's case: the version of GCC they use is 4.2, and LLVM is much better than that.

Then you're the enemy, and who cares what you think? There's no reason to give in to these thugs. They need the web more than the web needs them.
Why the hell is this post not modded up to 5? Insightful.
Try watching it without a laugh track.
CoffeeScript has a pretty serious flaw that the author is too stubborn (or perhaps too dumb) to recognize as being a flaw.
