    Create new column types called varhcar2rot13 where the data is inserted it gets a ROT13 encryption applied when read out it automaticly decrypts it.
    Sell to California companies for major money.

    And that is why they have a classified briefing after the public briefing. It is known and understood that questions in the public briefing will not be correct if it would contain classified information. Afterwards the correct member of congress are told what was wrong and why.

    Spend some time doing COBOL programming after college; it was on a HP of some kind.
    About the only thing I remember about it was the UI generator. You could design the screen, move stuff around, etc and it was character based. The best thing about it when you put down a field and then bring up a seperate properties screen and set the input, using a regular expression for custom fields put out different error messages for different condition and testing different condition. You could set what the output would look like, comma, dollar signs, # of numbers after the decimal, etc. and when the user went to edit the field all that output formatting would be removed until they left the field.

    The Constitutionalists on the Supreme Court, thankfully still the majority, ruled that this was not the case. The use of technology "that would previously have been unknowable without physical intrusion." required a warrant.

    It is not that he leaves others to do the questioning it is that he believes, and has written on this, that the Supreme Court should not be asking questions. According to him, and others, the oral agreements are a side show and that decisions should be based on "written briefs and the lower-court opinions in making their decisions"

    Use to do that stuff but with satellites and no math was not really needed above basic algebra. The reason were there were people with advanced math skills and a specific team that just did all the funcations and procedures for math.
    That area is so tested it is a hassle, on another project, again with a lot of math but specific people for that, we were writing the software in Java but the libraries were in another language it was easier to link to that other language then to rewrite and get them recertified.

    Looking at the article it does not look like they take into account the rotation of the asteroid. So do asteroids not rotate?
    Even with a small rotation your nuclear bomb would miss the crater without some extra guidance which is not shown.

    I am sure yahoo knows that. The value in Hulu is the content and with the price they are offering I am sure there is a clause in the deal that requires them to continue to provide the content as either exclusive or where Yahoo would have access to the content for a period of time before other companies can have access to it.
    Alot of companies, including Google, Amazon and Netflicks, think this is the future of TV delivery so having a deal could help Yahoo.

    Talk about timely info. On NPR today they were talking with environmental activists and groups and like they said volcano eruptions are being caused by global warming. So if the hawaiians did not drive cars they would not of had to worry about this problem.

    So it looks like the Democrats and Chuck Schumer are pushing again for their national ID card.
    For those wondering how this would lead to a national ID card think how this would work. If they have to collection all government, state and federal, photos that is going to alot. Just doing a quick inventory of myself there are 7 and those are current and used, if you include past ones that would not be cleared from a database who knows. All of those pictures look different, from hair changes, weight loss, age, etc.
    Since they are going to have that many pictures they need a way of linking them which means that each person will need an individual key. Once you have an ID number that is linked to you and this database that is a national ID under any name.

    Doing out of metal would be ok, it is the creation of a gun that is not detectable which is against the law. They get around this by adding a block of metal, besides the firing pin, which makes it legal.

    The article says 600,000 smart phone users and that there will be 8 millions in a few years, including tablets. That is really far off.
    there are around 3.2 million DoD employees, active, reserve, and civilian. Lets add a bunch of contractors and say an even 4 million. Very few people get black berries most get regular cellular phone, however even the cheapest cell phones have some "smart" qualifications.
    there is no way there are even close to 600,000 using black berries, android or apple devices.
    that 8 million is even more of a joke are they planning to slap a tablet on to every large weapon around?

    His plans for making money for himself and his investors was good. He found a good may to legally maximize profits and do so on a great scale. He was able to select people to that could carry what was needed.

    Congress want to protect the taxpayer from having to take over the duties that the USPS said they would do, the postmaster general and the postal unions want to make the taxpayers pay for thier poor management and keep things as they are.
    Dropping the law requiring the USPS to actually do some proper financial management would not make them competative again; even ignore the money they owe for this they would of lost money for the last couple of years.
    BTW the 75 years is number of years that for ACCOUNTING purposes they have to figure future liabilities. It is NOT how long they have to fund benefits. That 75 years of accounting is followed by the DoD, social security, department of Housing, etc.

    There are various portions of the Constitution that mention the house location and what defines a session. So you would have to make some changes to the Constitution to get this to work or just claim it is a "Living Document" and go and do it.
