I visited this place once in NYC called Game Time Nation. I know for a fact that the rent on a place like this has gotta be killer but this place has remained open for a few years now. I think their strengths lie in the fact that they try to be a 'full service center'. Unlike you, they're mostly Console games, but they have full time leagues (guaranteed weekly crowds), host parties (birthday, general), and have regular tournaments as well.
