    Its terrible yes, however Child porn on FreeNet is far less bad then actual paysites offering the stuff. On Freenet it is free and as such downloading it will theoreticaly not cause more children to be hurt, paying for it though provides an incentive for people to make more of the stuff. More children would get hurt in that case.

    Wouldn't it be good to rent certain software such as partition magic? I mean if I forked out the money for a full version of partition magic and then only used it once or twice I would feel ripped. $5 for a weeks usage would sit just right for me though. However untill something like that becomes available its suprnova for me.

    The main benefit is that Mozilla is good at plugging leaks after they happen. That is an important destinction. Microsoft can sit on their hands for months before a serious bug is fixed. Mozilla users are treated to a security fix days, possibly hours after.

    I don't know, people are pretty stupid when it comes to power. I know of people who bought an Xbox in America (for a bargin price of $150 or something) shipped it to Australia (more expensive), realised it couldn't fit into Australian powerpoints and did the most natural thing any person would do.. bend the plug until it did fit. Long story short, big bang and a dead, expensive, US Xbox.

    What are you talking about? Have you actually owned one of these devices? I had the second generation device, only ATRAC and I have to say it was absolutly shitful. The software absolutly sucked and it would have taken litterly days to convert 20gb of music for it. The only thing it had going for it was a uberleet 30 hour battery time (which was actually spot on).

    I had it for a week before returning it and getting an Ipod.

    Yes because lossy compression certainly doesn't take anything out of the source audio. Correct me if I'm wrong but in good compression formats the first data to go is the stuff humans are unlikely to hear is it not?

    What are you talking about? Firefox has always had bugs, why do you think we get security updates? The difference, as we will soon see, is that the Firefox will have a patch weeks, or perhaps months before IE.
