  1. nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear on Unmanned Aerial Drones Coming Soon Above U.S. · · Score: 1

except getting your rights systematically striped away. I can't believe this is happening - no wait, I can. I hate to get a little of topic, but with movies like "V for Vendetta" people will start to think about revolution, and with this sort of technology mounting, it will not be hard to supress a small uprising (that could be good or bad) from turning into a nationwide revolution (which I think we need, but thats really quite besides the point).

  2. I live in Tulsa on Slashback: Vista Rewrite, Tuttle Travesty, Mac Botnets · · Score: 1

  4. I don't think this is too hard to understand on Adults Love Video Games · · Score: 1

if you classify adults as people who are over the age of, lets say 25, chances are they grew up on mario. Chances are also strong that they have been playing ever since. And the reason why older teen (right now) are playing less than younger teens is becuase their parents won't let them have a gorey x-box while the parents of the younger teens will let them have a gamecube for yu-gee-oh. SURE, lets see if that flys :)

  6. FPS are a perfect example of where this will sell on NVIDIA Launches New SLI Physics Technology · · Score: 1

BF2 for example. This game is ALL physics... I love it personally, and one of the coolest (and crappy) things is when you get shelled by artillary 500 yards into the air. Your limbs are flying everywhere and the FPS decrease is noticeable when there are 10 or so soliders all ragdolled in the air (i'm sure particles have a lot to do with this also, but IAN a FPS programmer). FEAR is another great example. This is just the turning point in realism for FPS games, and that is very cool IMHO.

  7. You aren't the only one on Futurama Returns · · Score: 1
I'm frankly very sick of the simpsons... I keep tuning in, but its just not doing it for me. Personally, I think Seth McFarlen is putting in subliminal messages telling us to hate the simpsons - or it could be as simple as stewie hitting the reporter over the head, when asked about futurama returning - or maybe thats just becuase he was from one of those awful news channels.

Either way, you aren't the only one whom the simpsons have just grown out of style. But, on a positive note, it is worth thinking about that if Groening puts his time into futurama then simpsons just might die off. Of course it will have to go out with a bang, but that needs to happen before it goes out with a fizzle. *insert famous fizzle joke here*

  8. Tiger Woods PGA tour 2006 on Two-Player Games for Mixed Skill Level Players? · · Score: 1

VERY VERY fun game... My friend's GF got addicted to this one in no time, and out of me and my friend (even though we always win by strokes in the end) she is the one to pull off double eagles all the time. I know its a golf game, but expand your world a bit :)

  9. This one is simple on Is the Physical CD Still A Viable Market? · · Score: 1
yes, all of the ipods out there have killed CD's... Why have a CD player anymore? So now, the RIAA being the people they are, overlook the fact that for the same price as a cd burner, you can get a dvd burner and the media is the same cost.

Why would you use CD's again???

  12. Re:duh on Movies Losing Popularity at Box Office · · Score: 1

yikes... I didn't know that... BUT, more often than not, the producers are the people who call the big shots - and being philosophers, I hope they drew the line when it came to certain bs parts. Of course the comic book writer isn't going to like it - I mean come on... philosophy never goes hand in hand with comics, (yes, you can argue this if you want - and i'll probably agree to some degree) but they probably got a story line they liked and ran with it.
