It sounds nice, but where do you get the party machine from? This is an issue the Dutch PVV has (Geert Wilders). As a small party with a very low income (it has no members because of how it is organized. By comparison, the Socialist Party has millions in income from members) and can't properly vet its people. Since these people haven't been roasted on the traditional decades of party membership, some real whacko's come up and are then exposed.
So you NEED the large party machine and "us knows us" to filter your politicians to have people that do not have to resign the moment they are elected and investigated.
But by needing that large party machine, you become part of the whole ivory tower. Any person thoroughly tested in the political arena becomes a part of it. You then loose the ability to think as a new independent party.
The idea that an indepent can come from outside and get elected is present, but this person will then either have to work with the system or spend all his time fighting it as a loner. If he actually gets more then 1 seat, how is he going to fill this with reliable candidates without falling back on close friends (nepotism) or relative strangers who might be hiding all sorts of things from their past?
Just see the well established parties and their members who suddenly get exposed as tax dodgers or boy lovers (democrats and republicans respectively).
And the press eats these scandals up, because they can't just use their normal "bash left on even days and right on uneven days" on an outsider.
Just getting elected and just changing the law. Not outside a hollywood movie.
A simple example. WWF -> Greenpeace -> Sea Shepherd Conservation Society -> ???
Terror itself is being afraid. If the WWF protests, the people it wants to change become afriad of the bad publicity that might happen. Greenpeace does this harder. From Whale Wars it is clear Japan is very afraid of their actions. Forms of terror. Although of course Japan itself also engages in terror tactics. Like deliberatly ramming a ship or using legal scare tactics with its large economic might.
What you see as radical depends on your own view points.
The list you give is incomplete but mostly fails because people will tend to see them as seperate items. Not able to see that a group might be fueled by more then one AND that different members of a group might have different and even conflicting motives.
You also miss greed, power, fun.
And masses of uneducated disadvantages? Then how do you explain the recent attacks by rich westernized muslims? Or non-muslim terrorists groups in western europe?
To simple a list.
Look at the origins of any protest group, why is it there. ALL the motives of ALL the people. From a believe that breathing is a crime against nature because it kills bacteria to people who just want something to do on a weekend. Once you begin to understand EVERY protest and counter-protest against whaling, you can begin to look at bigger conflicts.
A lot of this talk focusses on Islamic terrorists, but they are only a part of the terrorists groups.
Terrorism is practices in lots of countries for lots of reasons. From the dutch Rara (against companies dealing with the apartheid regime in South Africa) to the recent greek anarchist terrorist and the american born Timothy McVeigh. What have they got in common? Nothing apart from the believe they can enforce their minority opinion on others with violence.
That is the heart of terrorism, the believe by an individual or a group that they can get their will imposed through violence because they can't get it done through any other means. It is the kid who throws a temper tantrum to get what he wants. But the world has 6 billion kids and so can't keep giving in.
Lots of weak minded people think that if only the US stops supporting Israel, the attacks would stop. Yes, very simple. To bad the current Islamic terrorists don't like pretty much everything about the US. Just being there is enough. As long as one infidel remains alive, it is an a front to Allah. Not the official Islam of course, but the view is common enough in religion. Some Christian groups believe all non-believers need to be killed before the messiah will lead them into heaven. Some might prefer not to wait it out.
And it ain't always religion. Timothy McVeigh simply wanted a different form of state and so little kids had to die. North Korea thinks that self-sufficiency is cool and millions get killed or do you think it ain't terrorism if your own people are doing it?
Terror attacks are everywhere, from the race riots (black vs black) in South Africa, the holocausts in Rwanda, to the IRA that is still fighting. Always there will be someone wanting to enforce their will on others.
What you going to do? Hide in your house hoping no one will take offense? I take offense and will terror kill you for you doing that... kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it? People who refuse to take part in wars are often targetted by those who wish conflict.
Yesterday arrests were made in Belgium on terror charges with people who want to establish Sharia law in Belgium. The group itself always seemed pretty harmless, but they are fundementally at odds with both Belgium life style AND the idea that if only you don't bother them, they won't bother you. Someone somewhere will come to you, to seek conflict because they fundementally believe their rights are of higher value then yours. And yes, this time it was muslims, but lets not forget that white europeans did it half a century ago in a far more extreme form called WW2. Might makes right. What are you going to do against this?
Make everyone equal. But many terrorists ARE well off. The shoe-bomber comes from a rich family, lived in the west, what more could be done? Osama Bin Laden belongs to one of the richest families in the world and lived in a strict Islamic nation. What more does he want? How much appeasement can you do to the kid throwing his weight around before you have to throw your own temper tanturm to enforce your will?
This is advanced thinking. You can see it with most people not getting any further then "lets give in on this obvious demand and not think about its full impact or that they want far far more".
For instance, stop supporting Israel. Apart from the clear anti-semites, does anyone really think Hamas will create a nation in which Christians and Jews and Muslims and Atheists can life next to each other? So we have Holocaust 2.0? Relocate everyone else? Then how does Hamas fund itself? Israel has no resources. What will Eqypt, Jordan and Syria think of it, all of them hate Islamic radicals with a passion. Do they want a fully armed radical Islamic nation on their front door?
But no, that is to advanced. The answer of appeasement to terrorists is like "what harm is it to wear that yellow star, why not just do it, so they will play nice from then on". Terrorists don't take just your finger.
Naturally, one's preference in the matter of cats and dogs depends wholly upon one's temperament and point of view. The dog would appear to me to be the favorite of superficial, sentimental, and emotional people -- people who feel rather than think, who attach importance to mankind and the popular conventional emotions of the simple, and who find their greatest consolation in the fawning and dependent attachments of a gregarious society. Such people live in a limited world of imagination; accepting uncritically the values of common folklore, and always preferring to have their naive beliefs, feelings, and prejudices tickled, rather than to enjoy a purely aesthetic and philosophic pleasure arising from discrimination, contemplation, and the recognition of austere, absolute beauty.
More people are killed by dogs then wild animals AROUND the ENTIRE world.
Your kitten? Wouldn't hurt a fly... oh okay, maybe a fly but nothing else... except mice... and spiders... but you are perfectly safe... unless it can find a way to kill you without leaving a trace.
Oh and you do have helper cats. A cat purring is proven to lower blood pressure. So people do get them to help them instead of medicine with side-effects. Making people live longer and happier seems pretty helpful to me. They also help by bringing home kills they make to help in feeding their family. That YOU don't like your mouse extremely rare that is your problem. It does try. What do you expect, it go out and get an accounting job to help pay the mortgage?
Cats CAN respond to their name. They just don't. In children we see the moment that they start to think for themselves, say NO, as an important step in their development. Cats got this down from 0 seconds. But really, cats can be trained. Just not the same as dogs. If I trained you as a dog, that wouldn't work either would it? Or were you toilet trained by your mom rubbing your nose in it?
WITH the security checks hijackings have become a thing of the past and finding a bom is a very small chance.
You are saying that because nobody has died since the town introduced a fire service, the fire service ain't needed anymore.
If you remove the security, do you really think terrorists wouldn't notice and exploit it again? Read up on history, once hijackings were extremely common UNTIL rigorous security measures put an end to them.
Proof? Hijackings still happen, just in countries without security.
How about the ticket? You are aware that Disney is an American company? So you bought an American product the moment you entered. How about the food? The drinks?
The rides themselves? The movies the rides are based on?
Sorry, but next time try a bit harder. For instance, go into an Apple store and try to buy a product build in the US. A lot harder. But you just have to buy non-Apple to get a piece of hardware not made in a dictatorship. But that would mean giving up the shiny. Oh and if you dislike Disney for outsourcing its toy production, don't buy Disney. There are still locally made toys. Even handmade ones. Cost a bit more but that shouldn't be a problem. Unless you are focused on cheap as well.
So you are putting as an example of why immigration is good the mass sheltering of war criminals of the worsed kind. Good one. THAT will convince the people. Nothing like a nazi camp doctor to get people thinking nicely of foreigners.
Oh and the use of nazi's for the space program worked so well, that the USSR was the first in space.
BUT if you leave your garden hose running and pooring out into the street, you can't expect the police to arrest the walker by who lets his dog drink from it.
This guy did NOT break in or walk in to your house.
If you have the windows open, then you can't expect people walking by not to look in.
Gosh, it is amusing to see the reaction of Americans who just recently voted the teabaggers into power. So Obama didn't fix the entire country in two years partly because he was constantly opposed and any attempt to lessen the "security" would have made it even worse and increased the calls that Obama is in bed with the terrorists and a Muslim. So, put the teabaggers in power. A party so open that it doesn't even allow journalists at its rallies. The US is not slipping into SOVIET style control, it is already there. And all the US voter can worry about is that they might have to pay the medical bill for their own future self. Meanwhile the entire country is being closed down.
The truth of the Soviet empire is that it was actually quite free. If you think there were checkpoints at every corner, daily raids etc, you got to stop watching movies. The ordinary citizen was free, as long as they didn't miss behave. An American citizen is free. Free to travel, free to speak. Just as long as he doesn't travel while speaking to the wrong people. This guy is linked to the wiki-leaks, the state does not like those leaks, so it questions those linked to it. The ordinary US citizen never notices any of this. The fast majority don't even fly. All they care about is that nazi-death squads will be culling their babies if that Muslim gets his ways.
A "lot" of slashdotters rage about it all, but fail to translate it to the average person. This story got 250 replies. In a nation of 300+ million. That is not insignificant. It is non-existent. And I am fairly certain more then half of those raging against this, voted for parties that support it because they are afraid a single penny of their income might go to another human being in need.
Bread and circuses, doesn't have to involve consumables and clowns. It is anything to keep the populace occupied while the state does what it wants. The brits used cricket at one point, to stop it revolting like the rest of the world. Have them wave flags to honor the king the royalty gland will weaken the republic bone.
The US has perfected the art of propoganda. All of Hollywood churns out more propoganda then the USSR or Germans could ever have dreamed off. The "American Dream" is the motif. Yes, YOU can have TWO cars, a big screen TV, a large suburban home. Just don't question how and we will supply. All we need is your sons to fight endless foreign wars, but never to many of them so most of you will never be asked to pay the price.
And the stronger people begin to see the price, the stronger will they defend the "cause" because if they do not, then they have been living a lie. They might have to pierce the vale and see reality and that ain't attractive at all. Rather believe the tea party and its claims of wanting to bring back America to a by gone age without ever actually stating what age that is or asking people to LOOK at WHAT really happened during that age. But hey, anything is better then waking up and having to clean up the mess of decades.
If you don't believe me, compare some of the late nazi proganda movies showing a victorous german army while they were loosing on every front and compare it to Team America that shows them winning easily against those moronic towel heads while America is once again fleeing a battlefield with its tails between the legs. Oh yeah. Mission accomplished, so we can safely withdraw from Iraq because the country is so safe now.
Open your eyes, if you dare.
This hacker guy lived in a dream world. Thinking he can carry encrypted data without hassle because nobody is smart enough to crack it. HAHA. Well, he found out. Welcome to reality. Why on earth would you even carry a laptop through airport security? Just buy a new one at your destination. Safest method and send the data over the internet. But no, he believed the dream and still does. Because the reality is to harsh.
And no, this isn't just a rant about the US, other countries have the same problems. Exactly the same. Reality is democracy askes for intelligent, involved and aware voters and we humans are most happy when we aren't.
"De Telegraaf" is not that right-wing. THAT would be a political view. Its view of the world is more "against". Not against left or right, just against. Immigrants? Against. Deporting immigrants? Against. Restrictions on immigrants? Against.
It will one day warn of the risks of 2nd hand smoke, then next day run an article that bans on smoking are bad. If anything the Telegraaf is the Teaparty. They don't have any ideas, they just know everyone elses ideas suck.
The Sun and Fox News have very clear political agenda's. When The Sun backed Labour this was clear throughout its pages. De Telegraaf isn't clear on a single page. That makes it far harder to deal with. How do you deal with a newspaper and its audience that in one paper can argue against a powerplant being build in an area AND argue that we got to cut through this red tape and get powerplants build? Impossible. It is the ultimate NIMBY newspaper.
All the other newspapers in Holland however are just as unclear. For instance shouldn't the Volkskrant (left) be more worried about the effects of immigrants on wages? Shouldn't Elsevier (right) be more honest about business demand for cheap immigrant labour?
That is the real reason The Telegraaf is so hated (and the most read), it is sure to upset everyone, except its readers.
MS is not SETTLING with patent trolls, it is funding them. MS can afford patent troll payouts, 90 million is peanuts to them. And even if it was 9 billion, then that would be price for burdening all their competitors with endless patent troll battles. I let the tick feed on my rich blood and release a billion offspring on my enemies who cannot afford the loss of blood.

Google "drugs in diapers". People HAVE used children before to break the law. Why not again? You can't run a security operation half-baked. Either everyone is searched or no-one. Because anyone wanting to get through security is bound to notice any obvious holes.
But that is the problem with security theather, it is all an illusion. It is not real so people expect exceptions to "everyone is checked". Can't search diplomatic bags, then they will be used to smuggle. You can't get a job in Holland at Schiphol if you got debts or are otherwise bribably or vulnerable to blackmail because criminals know that staff often doesn't get the same scrutiny as passengers.
THIS is what security is people. Patting down kids, strip searching the elderly, having your privates groped. EITHER you accept the risks of NOT having this security (and vote accordingly) or you accept that security searches only work if EVERYONE is searched.
You can't have it both ways. And right along all the critism of the security measures are cries for "why did the FBI not do more to stop the 9/11 attacks." Because either you have freedom or security. Rarely both. And seeing how Russia is dealing with its own terrorists, giving up freedom doesn't give much security either.
Basically this is yet another story of a middle class white american getting a wake up call that live is NOT all "Friends". Welcome to the real world. Perhaps you shouldn't have voted for Bush after all. But don't worry, the Teaparty will set it right... yeah right.
Ubuntu uses Unity for its current (10.10) Netbook version of the main distro. This has a modified interface. It has a dockbar BUT has shifted it to the left. Since most if not all laptops and netbooks are widescreen, this means it saves space in the horizontal. More reading room.
Netbook edition also maximized the fast majority of windows and the 10.10 introduces a new trick where the top bar (similar to OSX top/menu bar) integrates with the window top bar. So the Icon Program name and close buttons don't take up more vertical space.
Windows 7 lacks all of this. With Aero a LOT of vertical space is wasted and the OS makes no attempts to optomize itself for the reduced screen size or the on-the-go experience. This matters more then you think. Netbooks have very small trackpads and on the move, they often shake. Pixel perfect cursor control is what Windows 7 desktop expects on a netbook.
As for boot up, I got two netbooks right now, a very early atom and a dual core now and linux on the old one boots faster then windows 7 on the new one. And that is with Windows 7 without search indexing on a slow HD or restore points.
Current netbooks are fairly speedy machines some even coming with highly decent video cards. The problem is that OS'es are typically written for desktops where the mouse is a an easy to use and high precious instrument and screenspace is measured in miles. Finally, the HD in netbooks is usually slow as hell, even on the better ones with a rpm of 5400. Since nobody seriously uses HD's anymore in a desktop, the speed difference between a slow HD and a nippy SSD means a totally different user experience and requires an OS that can be configured NOT to want to write to the HD every millisecond. Seeing my netbooks HD constantly light up because MS loves trashing HD's is one of the reason that I will soon replace it with Ubuntu again.
It just seems that at least some people at Ubuntu are thinking about the user experience on a small computer. MS? Doesn't give a damn.
What you describe is not so much "bugs" but a complete and utter failure to grasp the totally loathsome nature of the MMO player. This vile beast will go to any lengths NOT to have fun but to ruin it for everyone including themselves in order to... to... I don't know but some twisted need to do whatever because everyone else is doing it or would so I do it first anyway.
It is the bane of anonymous multi-player. In real life we can have plenty of multi-player events because those that misbehave are either beaten into a pulp or there is a payed for authority to do the beating. See referees in sport.
Online, MMO developers seem to think these things are not needed. Even sillier, people expect a policed and controlled environment for free. People complain about 12 bucks a month for a nice server environment when this is peanuts compared to say the costs of joining a soccer club (please remember these things are often subsidized, meaning you pay through your taxes).
It is very easy to come up with an intresting MMO design. Then release the inner asshole and watch it being ripped to shreds. APB just never could exist without extensive policing of the servers and that means far higher subscription costs. Disable macroing? Even if that is possible, the cheater is JUST going to do it for real. Yes, the dread monster that is the MMO player will sit for hours in front a of screen, clicking endlessly to cheat just because he can and having a totally valueless high number of credits is the only thing he has to life for.
A MMO at its core, every single aspect of its design needs to be asshole tested. And that is hard to do when you got a dream about a wonderful game world were everyone will be happy. Try it yourself, think up an exciting MMO multiplayer quest and then release the asshole inside you. Almost nothing stands up. Not against assholes that kill non-drop non-xp totally below their level quest characters just to annoy. Hell, I am willing to bet that if you designed it into a game that a griefer would get shocked, lost money and was force fed shit every time he mis behaved, he would still do it. Because everyone else is doing it, so I must do it before they do it!
The APB designers just never realized what their baby would be exposed to once it was released on the savage horde. A 100 million dollar lesson, that nobody learned.
F2P is MORE expensive. You see, there is a small problem. MMO prices haven't gone up in two decades, but costs sure as hell have. So, with you 2 bucks a month how are they going to pay for the servers that are there wether you play or not? How about the support staff? 2 bucks a month vs your own 16 would mean they need 8 times the number of subscribers to get the same revenue. But the COSTS for those 8 subscribers are higher or do you think payment companies don't charge money per transaction? And what about your characters, still need to be stored.
Your logic is a bit like this, if a car costs 10.000 then I should be able to a car 1/5th the size for 2000... well, good luck!
It just doesn't make economic sense or practical. I am in a group, my hours are up, so I need to dig out my credit card?
But hey, lets extend this, who don't you just pay for internet you actually use! Oh wait, pay-per-minute ISP's were a horror! Well, why not just demand you can only subscribe to those parts of the newspaper you really like?
If anything, MMO's are due for a price hike. CHECK the prices on Lotro F2P. The charges are in sane, 5 bucks for a 10 point stat increase. 2 bucks for some dyes you can't give away in game as a crafter. This isn't a way for players to save money, it is a way to fleece people for every penny they got.
And this makes perfect sense. A newspaper subscription costs less then newspapers at a stand. A train ticket is more expensive then a subsciption. You want to pay less? Then pay more. That is how business 101 works. And NOBODY is going to pay 1 buck (the absolute minimum that makes sense with micro transactions before the costs of the transactions totally outweight the money payed out) for 1 hour of gaming. Not when they can have unlimited play for 11 bucks a month.
Google thrives on the open internet... well sorta open. Google is a danger but only in that their restrictions on which sites they sponsor, oops advertise on, creates a pressure for sites to comply with their rules on content or risk loosing advertising revenue to pay for their site. It is the same risk that has made TV/Radio/Newspapers such tools of the money market, he that pays the piper (through advertising) calls the song.
Apple on the hand sees the internet as little more then a data network, it itself has no connection to the open internet. No small sites. If the open internet with its unsafe content, piracy and free software was gone, then Apple would not mind one bit. It sells the AOL experience not just in a browser but baked into its hardware. Mind you, the open internet is so pervasive right now it is hard to imagine this changing but IF the move to closed devices like the iPhone continues, it might happen by stealth. Not because Apple directly steers the open internet to become closed but because there is nobody left to fund, power the open internet.
If all the money flows through the app store, all the internet is seen through the iPhone, then a lot of what makes the net, the net will be gone. To understand this, you have to understand that once, TV was made by hobbyists who broadcasted from their own homes, making TV purely for the love of it. Hard to imagine in these days of ad riddled broadcasting where ads are between in programs in progams overlaid on programs and even the programs themselves are ads. How did this change? I am sure that at the time it was changing, you wouldn't be able to spot it.
The internet has already changed. In 1995 running a site was cheap, if you setup slashdot you would have maybe a dozen subscribers, mostly English. Now you have to cater to millions and deal with attacks from all over the world. That changes the landscape, just see how many hobby sites are completly taken over by crackers to spam search engines with fake pages. I ran hobby sites in the past with the worst attack being a person reloading the page to fast for my poor "server". Now? Security is a full time job. Granted it pays but geez.
The humble PC, the Compaq clone more so then the IBM, the IBM-compatible became the device anyone could produce and anyone could use. NOT the closed Apple. Sure, you might look at Microsofts control of the PC OS and see nothing but domination but MS never managed to close or control the hardware, although they did try, read up on its battle with Creative. This has kept the hardware open, extremely open to the point just anyone can install any software. When was the lastime you had to jailbreak a PC? MS doesn't stop me in anyway from using Windows to create a Linux bootdisk and happily launched it. I can run Linux inside Windows. Can I do the same in iOS?
No, and there is the risk. Just because people have consistently managed to jailbreak the iphone doesn't mean the iPhone is open. And when closed computing platforms have become the norm, so does a closed source environment were a single company, a single person gets to say what should exist on it and what shouldn't.
AH, but people are free to choose differently. Yes indeed, people are free to choose wisely. They just rarely do. Especially when shinies are involved.
But what if 99% of the internet users are on a closed system, does that mean the rest can't be free? No, not in theory. In practice, consider this:
Is TV free? Yes, it is. I am free to start a TV station, I only need the massives amount of money to buy a channel, fund the costs for powering an antenna. Where do I get that money? Either from rich donors or advertisers. But WHO are these people and will they support any message I wish to air? See what happened to Oprah when she critized the beef industry. You don't bit the hand that feeds you.
What if all music becomes the iTunes store, which censors what it carries. All tv becomes subject to approval by Steve Jobs? It is possible NOT because people are b
Either you missed the point completely or you are a true capitalist and a lousy human being.
You see, Marx was NOT talking about the WHOLE system but specific countries. The capitalist system in a COUNTRY is bound to fail because it can't regulate itself.
If say the US or EU loose the aircraft industry their local economies will be damaged. Not only won't they have money coming in (and see the current rush to print money as to how important exports are for economies) , they would have to export money to buy their new aircraft. See the US economy when you have nothing left to export and import everything.
So, the true capitalist who follows the money and trades were ever a dime is to be made will survive, if he moves fast enough before the mob rises up. But the local economies fail. The trade balance is unimportant to a day-trader but it matters a great deal for the long term stability of an economy.
China is the Asian-Tiger economy the west cannot ride. I predict that China will in the forseeable future start a conflict for more resources, most likely to the north or west (North-Pole/Russia) and increase its independence from the west through developing its own technology while at the same time undermining the west with cheap exports that destroy the west own production capacities. They don't need to fight a big war, just wipe out the economies and make it unprofitable to resist.
Then when the western nations are once again backward barbarians and China the enlightened center of the world, things will be as they have been for the longest period in human civilization.
The few hundred years of western dominance of the world a mere foot note in the long history of the Chinese empire.
All because capitalists can't think long term. Airbus indeed struggled, mostly because it was constantly interfered with by local politics of EU countries squabbling over which part gets build were. China won't have any such problem and they got cash to burn and the drive to do it since they aren't ruled by next quarter right wing politicians.
So what if Airbus ain't threatened in the next 5 years. China got time. Always had.
Gosh I am paranoid but somehow I just always keep looking for what is MISSING from a story. So why the bomb threat? Which is by the way illegal. Why did he threathen people who had no way of knowing whether he was serious or not?
Some of the highschool shootings had the criminals making claims they would do something as well. So clearly the police now HAS to act when someone makes a public threath.
Yet many a slashdotter is saying that terrorists wouldn't use twitter to announce it? How small minded, only terrorists use bombs now? Only terrorists carry out attacks? Plenty of nutters do as well AND some of them make announcements about it. http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1355/is_17_112/ai_n27436671/
If only then people had listened. How is the police to know if someone is just spouting off or making a serious threat? Damned if they do nothing, damned if they do something.
But the law is very clear, you are not allowed to make threats, no not even as a joke. Just try this at an airport "he got a bomb" and see what happens. But I wasn't serious? Tell that to the police dog chewing on your crotch.
Should the police have ignored the threat, like they ignored others that did turn out to be right? Or just put a fullscale alert on the airport just in case and let the taxpayer pay for it?
This story is just more evidence of the sad state of our voting population who just doesn't seem to be aware of the real world and its rules. If you do not like them vote to change them but don't go into some kind of hissy fit when long established laws end up biting you in the ass.
It reminds me of a story years ago when the british press went into sob story mode about a mum whose driving license was taking away and she needed it so badly... yeah... those anti-drunk driving laws sure do suck don't they. Guess what, freedom of speech does not exist in the UK, stop being suprised by it constantly and either change the law (and invite anarchy) or learn to accept that bomb threats are not allowed.
Real story: Asshole who wanted to show off got send to jail for breaking the law. Fellow assholes outraged that breaking the law is not allowed!
Really, this guy wasn't making a political statement, this was just someone wanting to scare others because his penis is to small. And before you get all outraged, answer me this. WHY did he send this message out into the world? When THAT reason gets reported I think his public sympathy outside wanker land will be lost instantly.

HP Lovecraft
And it worked so well, the Russians were first. They just tortured them, then killed them. Works a lot better and doesn't rot the soul.
Try it, open a Lotro F2P account and do the math.
So basically, you are sending them a red flag that you got something to hide? SMART!

And in the NEXT shot it shows each and everyone of them killed... somehow people always forget this.
Also, is it just me or is there a difference between a man who fought against slavery and a man who made a bomb treath for no reason?
