I wondder how accurate the AOL spam filter is. If some people are accidentaly getting their emails blocked or others not getting emails delivered. Does anyone know on which principal the AOL filter works. Is it just a bunch of email addresses known to be spammers or is it some kind of guessing filter that has certain words and phrases coined as spam.
I dont know about the bricks and mortar but like previously stated wood is commonly treated and in the case of plywood it has glues and such. Glass ususally is not just the things your told in chemistry class anymore. They add other chemicals to make it stronger or lighter...
I have two issues with a system like this.
1. How easy would it be to do this. Will I have to run down a sales person and will i get strange looks then the manager then "ohh yea I forgot we did that"
2. Any software? Such as games? Because some of the software is not boxed what about price? Will it be cheaper because I am not getting a manual and whatnot?
Clock speed yes. But its still in my mind an inferior chip. The x86 platform may be cheap as hell now adays but its power consumption is poor and its in need of an update. Plus you can't run os x on a pc;)
Ohh yea very much so. Not as bad as the new 12" AluBooks though. If your wearing pants it really is not that big of an issue unless you dont move it around at all to disperse the heat amungst all the lap
Probably had to sacrifice power for battery life.
This is why I choose an apple portable. I have a powerful chip that is energy efficient so I get fine battery life with no crippled processor. I wonder how hot these things get though.
I find that RPM only works well if you use nothing but RPMS. If I were to download the tarballed source of package X and build it for any number of reasons RPM would not notice the library or software or whatnot and I would be forced to use a --nodeps tag.
I dont think that a package manager should rely entirly on previous packages installed in one big database. I think package managers should try to do that PLUS there should be a tried and true (tried and true is that the proper phrase?) way to Anylize packages installed on a system.
I think that somewhay to tell which software is install on the system should be dynamic. There should be a file in which i point to all the places on my system where software is installed(ie./usr, or/opt, or/home/username)
Also another complaint I have with package managers is that I usually have no choice over where they get placed. When building from source I have the great option to append --prefix=... to configure (assuming the source complies with standards and such).
Even more offtopic: ever notice that software from large companies usually dosent conform to any kind of standard. Even if it is OSS ill see no autotools stuff. Ohh well probably just a GNU thing. </End confusion>
Hey Gundam is a very indepth and creative series, there are so many ways to anaylize the gundam universes. Every gundam series has its own message, so good, plus
giant fighting mobile suits.. cant get much better then that
If you want to software get the whole package, they are not more expensive if you add it all up... in fact the ibooks are VERY well priced for cheap laptops, the higher end apples, are insanly high priced though...
Ever try NeXTSTEP for Intel?..HORRIBLE hardware support, think about how insane it would be to port the os to x86 then support ALL THE freakin cheapo hardware...
I dont own a mac yet (tibook for college soon) but, I can tell you that other then macos my reasons for going apple are the whole package, the support, the community, the well done everything,
and the analness of steve jobs...
I am pretty suer its 87.2 of all statistics are made of on the spot.
You obviously did not take: hotair 101 or introduction to blowhards
