There was another similar major drought in 1804 that lasted 14 years. Tree rings suggest this present one is the worst in 900 years but even so it is said that "climate change partially contributes to it", in other words that it is also partly cyclical and expected. What if other areas have a bounty, because "carbon dioxide, it's what plants crave"?
Actually, the Supreme Court itself while ruling that secession is unconstitutional also noted two things, one of which makes a third item for your list (they did not mention amendment)
but that's the point, the step by step instructions are widely available, and moreover principles of demolition are. none of that knowledge is secret it is public. might as well try to restrict books on how to have sex to lower population growth, it's futile and stupid.
I'm actually much more worried about ocean acidification than "climate change" which has been absurdly exaggerated as mere weather events blamed on it.
Legal to own and sell and distribute in most the world. "banned" means nothing. Chemistry and demolition knowledge is taught and in libraries and on web servers the world over, access or lack of it to these old books changes nothing.
But point is I don't have to worry how much California's lack of regard for the rule of law is a risk, because there are protections like the electoral college, and the bicameral legislature.
Realistically, the EC is not going away in the next 8+years, pointless to complain.
But let's talk about the real issue, if the Democrats had run a halfway serious candidate, Trump would have been crushed. Instead they ran "establishment" type candidate who is perceived to be part of the problem. If they ran a serious candidate in four years, even if Trump creating jobs and such, the Democrat's still would have enough energized people to go vote and crush him.
That should be your core concern as a Democrat, Bruce.
The San Fran Chronicle lies to me? 13% of illegals in California lied about voting?
Oh well, if the Democrats ever run serious candidate they'll win. Instead they ran career criminal with no regard for rule of law and no concern for classified information

Wrong, Trump strategy was to turn areas by appealing to no-shows to make them show. Specifically, middle class not living in cities are what turned the election.
That snopes rebuttal falls flat. So 650,000 illegals get their drivers license LEGALLY last year in California, yet somehow the magic DMV computer denies them the automatic registration to vote?
The DMV in other haven cities is not so picky as your DMV
Anyway, the Democrats don't have a president because they were stupid and ran Hillary. Couple other candidates would have eaten Trump's lunch
I live in a country comprised of a federation of sovereign states, known as the United States of America. The federal government only has a specific list of powers, all others belong to the states by default. The electoral college protects the sovereignty of those states.
It certainly serves the interests of certain large corporations such as oil cartel, banking cartel and defense contractors, to project that power. Benefit to American people is another question.
Some of those supposed reasons for Microsoft documents might evaporate under close examination. For example, many vendors don't want to give customer quote in format they could (easily) alter. Work that is only referenced within a company might not need it

1. revolution or
2. agreement of the states
could result in a successful secession.
The whole thing sounds like Russia has a stupid and control freak filled government to me.

so the Chinese will be in good mindset for making deals. Glad to hear it, playing into Trump's hands already
oh yeah I see, a wifi system like that would be really stressful to operate
Could we have a bad car analogy instead, that might be more understandable.

You can't block any Russian that wants to use Linkedin, short of severing all comm out of Russia. Proxies, vpn, etc. What morons.

well I hope at least one of the parties gets a serious candidate for next election, both of these were beyond silly.

Democrats can't face they lost because they ran Hillary

It has happened: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
We have a Republic, not a democracy, for good reason. The EC protects the sovereignty of states.
Your state of California is notorious for letting illegal aliens vote. The EC protects us from states like California.
Yes let's talk about California, where over 13% of 3+ million illegal aliens admit they vote?
How is that fair to me? EC protects me from that kind of illegal nonsense.
It certainly serves the interests of certain large corporations such as oil cartel, banking cartel and defense contractors, to project that power. Benefit to American people is another question.
No, electoral college preserves state power.
and we don't elect president on basis of pure majority as a democracy would

No, that counts for exactly nothing in a Republic, which we have rather than pure democracy for a reason.
