Actually MS has always had some of the best flight sims out there. I've been a fan of MS flight sims since the days when Combat Flight Simulator and the MSN Gaming Zone reigned supreme. The bad thing is my current computer just can't handle flight since X was released.
With the prevalence of cameras, why does the seller not record said item being packed, and end with it having the shipping label affixed where you can see the label tracking numbers time stamp etc clearly. This is by no means a bulletproof system and would also be abused but would seem to me offer some sort of protection to a seller in the event of buyer fraud.
I can agree to this. I have downloaded a lot of music from many places on the net. I've never paid for it. I do however make it a point to go see any group that I've found I liked that came anywhere near 200 miles of my town to support them.
I was always under the impression that the label got more than 90% of all record sales and the groups saw a very small percentage. I always thought the model for a group to be successful other than having a good repertoires was to give away their albums as promotion and have people fill a venue to see them.
You totally missed flyneye's point. It's not the musician selling their music, it's the label. flyneye is suggesting let the labels ("industry") die, and the musicians can take over selling themselves and in doing so profit from it as opposed to the label getting the lion share of the profits/rights to works/rights to name of groups etc.
As an aside the dipshit should have argued that another vehicle was being used for his transport, there-by negating the gps tracking. GPS only says where the vehicle is, it doesn't say who was driving.
I agree with this. As a longtime PHP user, I've recently (read the last year) started to use C# as my weapon of choice in both stand alone app development and web development. I absolutely love the language. You can even use it with Apache and PHP, using Mono!
No US carriers have been sunk via attack since the 40's accidentally or otherwise. The only ones that have been sunk were done on purpose to create artificial reefs.
It's not a whole other shooting match, you fail to recall that all US naval vessels have defenses against inbound missiles. It's called AWACS that's even the old way how about reading Phalanx systems.
I'd say it's looking more Orwellian for sure. 1920's Germany though is a stretch, I mean you don't really see masses of people rallying behind the government. Hopefully there's alot of my countrymen that feel as I do, and thinks the government needs a gut check.
Just because the US government has power to do a lot of locally illegal things around the world doesn't mean it should use that power every time we see something annoying. What's next? Nuking Justin Bieber?
F2P games have always been P2W.
I'd be interested to see the life expectancy figures for this. I've seen firsthand what UV lights do to plastic a/c filters and it's not pretty.
Funny you mention the music industry since they are reporting the highest record sales in nearly 5 years.
MS flight sims have always been vastly scalable. You could easily import your own stuff, unless they have removed that ability.

The wood tends to resonate better with age. The same is generally true with well made acoustic guitars, the older they get the better the sound.

Zombieland, the girls did it with a ring in the gas station.
What idiot would pay $2500 for a violin online without hearing it. For that amount of money I'd have to have physically inspected it first.
Hmm 8%, I see a Dorkupy Movement in the future.

I say we get Mythbusters to test this one, oh wait... nevermind.
I'm one of those that gets massive headaches from watching 5 minutes of anything 3d, so I'll take a pass on that.
I absolutely did miss them, and I stand corrected.

From TFA the vehicle belonged to the employee in question.

Seriously?
CVN-72 is alive and well http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Abraham_Lincoln_(CVN-72)
I agree, I'd also go so far as to say that if you wanted to boycott this system, abusing it would be the best way to show it for the farce it is.

US Citizens could always have been disappeared on US soil and have.
Right, cause they've never done that in the past.
