HP once gave away a plushy winged pig at their booth at Comdex Toronto a long time ago that I had to line up to win a trivia contest for and the other was when I had to get in a LONG lineup to get a genuine beeny with a propeller on top. THAT was cool!

Alas - most of these are in alpha....
People NEVER, as a group, take that extra step.
They ALWAYS take the dumb, easy way. How do you think Bill Gates made all his money?
I agree which is why I bet nothing goes into their dumpsters but semi-conductive dust.
but Nintendo beware! Bill's XBox will be coming into the second generation - and we all know by the third generation it will suck less. A lot less.
Hah! You're so ignorant!
Everybody knows he's the guy who wrote Linux!
Yes but...
I took two Sociology courses at Humber College and York University and both times my teachers and advanced students were ardent Marxists.
There was no math to speak of either. I think Sociology is a bogus discipline designed to get communists into our school system.
After waiting for 45 minutes to make my comment, that I can't even rememebr what it is now.
I expect the RIAA to create a seven person panel to replace her. Makes sense.
Joking aside - if you read her WIRED interview she didn't seem happy and complained loudly about her bosses not getting it. I didn't think she'd last.
Well, if Lex Luther can get elected President in the Superman comics, Bill Gates can get elected President in real life.

I mean, if they charge us a fee for music copying onto cdr's doesn't that mean they sanction it?
The record companies can't ban something AND get paid for it as well can they?
Real lawyer advice needed here (I'm sure there's a phrase in Latin for this...)
Never mind them, it's the boys who read Gor books you have to look out for!
It surpaseth the hype.
Be sure to read them in order - there's a huge spoiler in book three (The best one as far as I'm concerned.)

And cause trouble down the road?
NEVER use Windows to control anything that can kill you...
The music industry's karma is catching up with them!
Soon, they will die the death of 1,000 cuts!
Either that, or their patron, Satan, will do something to take care of them again....
I forgot to mention - someone should write a *nix in forth and also most video cards have FORTH driving their chips.
You beat me to it.
I was going to say 'And FORTH people have known this for how many years?'
I remember writing a VM with Kernel-like memory paging in Miller FORTH on a TRS 80 mdl 1 back in the old days.
FORTH is the greatest, if you can handle it.
