    The airlines should absolutely not allow any devices on the plane. If you need to take your cell phone, or other equipment, it needs to be checked in and picked up later, like regular luggage. Regular luggage should be scanned for radio signals before being put on the plane. The plane should be equipped with any devices, phones, WiFi computers, etc, that with the push of a button in the cockpit are all disabled immediately.
    Of course, it seems the airlines put dollar$ before lives.

    This method may work but it is not true synesthesia. A mental association might be a good way to learn, but if you were experiencing synesthesia, you would swear the wall turned blue when that note was played. You would actually think you are seeing a color with your eyes.

    I'm sorry, but 'Cogen' and 'Breach' were both very boring and very predictable and very NOT new... Honestly, I've tried to watch every episode of Boobyprise but my enjoyment level has remained at about 20%. It's like Space-Teletubbies.

    A previous story posted on slashdot talked about how some NASA engineer was trying to raise flags about possible shuttle damage, but ultimately Boeing engineers gave a go-ahead for landing. Boeing is run by a bunch of money-grubbing bastards. Money is all they care about. That's why 747's blow up in mid air with no explanation. I will never fly on a Beoing jet as long as I live. Phil Condit is a big stinking turd.

    We had a long discussion/testing/prototyping period on a product I worked on, Destination Reading. We decided that Java was totally inept at what we wanted to accomplish. We totally went with Flash and created a great product. It has been nominated for Best New K-16 Education Solution . Of course, right after shipping, the BASTARDS at Riverdeep in Dublin, Ireland completely shut down the Edmark office and fired everyone on the development team.
