    No. It's bad because someone is making money for essentially doing nothing but stealing other peoples IP. Yes, I know that this isn't really big with a load of /.ers, but the idea that someone is actually making a business out of screwing publishers/artists is what most people don't like. Well, AFAIK.

    Well...as I said, I live in England where you can't just go out and buy a gun; even if you could it isn't as if there would be anywhere to do target practise :P. But what I was saying is that the original use of guns was to kill...or at least I think I was.
    Right, I'm now confused.

    Yes, but cars are transport. Guns aren't. Guns are primarily used to kill things AFAIK. Of course, since I live in England you can't just buy a gun anyway.

    Yeah, I just wish spammers could at least check the conuntry TLD of people they're sending to :/.

    Several times I've recieved "Dear Fellow Americans" e-mails on my .co.uk e-mail address. Still, maybe they think the UK is somewhere in the middle east?

    That's how games _ARE_ currently designed - they do forfeit some graphics/effects for older systems.

    Well, 2GHz and 512MB RAM w/ GeForce 3 isn't the latest hardware! Sure, it's pretty new, but not the latest.

    Of course, I'm stuck here with my PII 400 and can play loads of games though, just not the latest (which is annoying). Even many new games work at lower detail (NOLF2 :P). Hell, I was even playing UT2K3 on it for a while!
