We have a word for the time when a child no longer requires full time biological support and is no longer fully parasitic on his parents, We call it graduation from High school.

Chess with house rules? Unless you are already playing a variant ruleset ie tube shaped board, 2 board alternate starting arangement, house rules are contrary to the spirit of the game.

IN fact if I encountered such a "house rule" I would likely just step away from the board.

Because "house rules" in chess open the game up to something else entirely.

and of course a 2 or 3 queen game between equally matched slashdot level players shouldn't be frequent enough to be an issue. I've Never(short of final 2 moves from finish endgames when it's already time to concede) had more than 1 queen in a game against someone at my level, and I'm no-where near master.

You mean a "real" doctor Vs an Abortionist?? You may be right. Personally, Philosophically and religiously I'm a Conceptionist, BUT I recognize that the human body is a marvelous creation and sometimes decides to SPONTANEOUSLY terminate a pregnancy. We don't know why, and it doesn't matter, it isn't a willful act. Surgical or Chemical Abortion is.

And I would support criminal action(reckless endangerment the same thing that parents who lock the kids in the closet get) against someone who performs known unsafe activities subsequent to knowing that she is pregnant... smoking drinking crack piping shooting heroin.

I will grant that the OP spoke poorly. but so did you, in the exact same way, you conflated freeman and citizen. which are two completely different groups. Historically there have been at least 3, sometimes more groups.

citizens, usually armed, particpating in governance, later called nobles
Professional warriors, sometimes freemen sometimes slaves armed and trained
Common freemen, never armed not really free and typically unable to participate in the common defence or governance later called peasants
Slaves, never armed never free never trained later called serfs
I have not covered all distinctions or subgroups, but the mistake you and the OP made is the same ... conflating citizens, freemen, and soldiers.
