The record companies have Apple by the balls. If they were to sign artists directly, the major labels would no longer offer songs on itunes.

Surely if you just make a separate part of the plane (toilet, bunk etc) for the pilots and ensure the bulky door remains locked at all times then you can be pretty safe.
Another way that is 100% secure is to simply not even have a door to the cockpit. Have a seperate entrance on the outside of the plane to the cockpit area.
From my limited knowledge of origination of life, it would depend on what the Venusian atmosphere is composed of. Theories for origination of life on Earth say that various gasses when electrified by lightning or radiation or something created amino acids, which then led to everything else. The main thing stopping organic particles from spontaneously forming today is the amount of oxygen in the air, which inhibits reactions.
