    Except you'd have a big problem with condensing :(

    If you can afford enough non-corrosive and electrical insulant liquid to cover your HW, then I guess a small fridge would be an excellent and rather safe cooler.

    Of course those liquids are very expensive :-(

    I'm far from an expert in chemistry, but this sounds fishy to me (my bolding):

    Is this true?

    Don't you think any dictionary on ebook would work similar to Wikipedia/dictionary.com rather than a paper-dictionary? (That is: type in the word you want to see; you don't have to manually flip pages in order to access it)

    Unless all I know is wrong : An ebook would not need constant refreshing; it'd only to refresh when you flip pages.

    (thus a fast refreshrate is far from as important)

    What about increasing the fee for each failed lawsuit?

    Like loose your first lawsuit, pay X fee
    Loose your second lawsuit, pay 3X fee.
    Third failed lawsuit, pay 5X fee

    Or something similar.
