On the other hand its been proven that eating your own boogers will boost your immune system. Just extend the same logic to a network.

    almost all major physics theories / forumulas i've come across have been very simple and elegant. With current theories dark matter seems more of a fudge factor to account for what modern physics cant explain.

    Yes but realize the fact that most countries in the UK are the size of STATES here in america! In europe everything is close and most people can get by just walking or if need be, by using the expansive public transportation system. The layout of most American cities is far different. Our houses are far from our places of work. The only solution to this is either tearing down and rebuilding cities, which isn't likely, or setting up decent public transit which hasn't been very successful.

    So by that logic, if you limit the people you send your TV show out to to 9, its perfectly legal? Most torrent programs don't send out to more than 4 or 5 people at a time. As long as you send to the same people i guess you have no problem.
