Come now, no need to be coy about it. There's 3 little words in there that will say exactly what you want.

    I have fans.
Now THAT'S the plum line! ;)

"The article also sports 14 screenshots."

What sort of shit is this? Does slackware have access to some special software that other distrubtions don't have? Stupid. Everyone talks about package management.. well if you like to compile your own source.. checkinstall (you can use make install if you really want... ) If you don't like that then I think there is some debian style thing called swaret. Don't like either style and/or don't like the commandline? Then you won't like slackware much. There's probably some other stuff... Gnome/KDE (and screenshots?!) etc are not specials things you can only get on slackware. buh/.

Why are people so obsessed with google? They defend it like it's a member of their family. Google this, google that. Having one search engine that everyone relies on is not a good situation. I'm hoping nutch is making progress..

Eb, I like to collect albums, I see them as a piece of art. Don't think any of the albums I've got are "full of filler", I guess it depends what you're listening to though...

  14. Advertising in stories on Color Sidekick to be Released Tomorrow · · Score: -1

Is this a new trend on /. of posting ads as articles? I can handle the banners up top, but I think it sort of sucks if they start posting "stories" that are nothing more than advertisments.

Why is this modded up as funny? I swear I've seen this gag every single time there's an article about any software that's at version 3. Gets a bit old is all I'm saying.
