Do you actually realize that everything you say about the A380 was said about the 747 in it's early day? Everybody said too big, too much hassle at the airports, the danger when two collide, Boeing will never get it's money back, much less get a return on invest etc. etc. And look how far the 747 came. How on earth can you, most likely not in the business, not employed at airbus, with no real insights in the market, know that this plane will not make money for airbus? That's a bold statement. Again remember: The 747 was late, the development much more expensive that planned and was suffering from major problems in the first years (mainly the inadequate engines). It still became a stunning success.

Additionally: "They have decades of experience before even being considered..."? What? It takes two years to get from never been on an aircraft to be a first officer, if you're good you can make pilot in three more years, 6-7 should be average and if you need more then 10 you're in the wrong profession (or work at a very small airline)!

Of course too much parties is another problem. I'd say that everything between 3 and 5, maybe 6 parties is rather "safe". By the way: 2 parties is much better then 10. I give you that any day.
I think the germans are handling it pretty well: two major parties and up to 3 (depends on which level) smaller parties. Works really well, gives stables majorities in most cases.
But you do realize that most democracies have no problem with more than two parties? And wait, a smaller party working together with a bigger one so that they have a majority, where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, it's called a coaltion and it's absolutely normal in most democracies.

Yeah, sure. Just go to the Dell site and check the section for large business and corporations and start looking for "DOS Installation" as OS. For example all (or most, to lazy to look) of the OptiPlex Systems are available with said option, some of them are only available that way.

I can (and in fact already have) order systems from dell and various other tier1 suppliers without any OS and preloaded with Linux. Dell even offers a whole bunch services to get you switched to Linux. That is mostly true for servers, but if you're a business customer you can order desktops without an OS just fine, too.
So, please tell me again why Dell is in any risk to go belly up just because a new processor is shipped? You still need somebody who assembles your boxes, ships them and provides you with some kind of warranty and support.
Since lots of the large customers of Dell (and any other tier1 supplier) have contracts with their suppliers (and most large corporations move rather slowly) I don't think much will change.
Besides, I'm pretty sure that Michael has no problems selling everybody brand new PCs and Servers with that revolutinary cell thingy inside.:)

They're replacing large parts of the roof with a transparent material so the atmosphere should be better soon.
