whether you want them unified, or the normal way. I will be VERY angry if they do it without letting you have a choice in the matter during the Red Hat install.
The problem with DVDs and a DVD burner is...

that they are not near as widespread as CDs are. By the time as many people have them they probably will be obsolete.
A holodeck is a room, from Star Trek, which creates 3D images so that any place can be simulated. All the user supposedly has to do is program the place to be simulated.
Last time I checked half the world could care less if it ran on *NIX, and Macs. Sure us geeks can run a perl script, but most people can't. Most people also have Windows, so it makes sense to port it to something that almost everyone can run, not just geeks.
Sure it's great that someone made one, but its a perl script. We might be able to use perl , but most of the "normal" people have never even heard of perl, let alone them having knowledge of running perl scripts. It would be great if someone ported this, to an.exe file or something that everyone could run. It'll probably happen eventually.
Would you mind explaining how stealing bandwidth isn't as bad as stealing from a store?
If enough people "stole" bandwidth it could have wider consuqences that stealing from a store. Think about it, if thousands of computers on DSL/cable connections all maxed out their connections then alot of computers would be overloaded, and it would almost be like a DoS attack. I'm not saying it is going to happen, it would be much harder to accomplish than a DoS attack, but it *could* happen.
http://www.rtcwclans.com/longhorn.pdf is the only mirror i've found that still has it. If they take it away and anyone wants to see the pics, email me at pilot1@users.sourceforge.net and i'll email you the pdf file.
If your using mIRC 6, you can go through a proxy to change your IP address, I know of a few proxys that Efnet, Dalnet and Quakenet don't detect. I'm not sure if Efnet and Dalnet allow it,Q uakenet doesn't allow it, but you can still do it. Here is one that Quakenet can detect, i'll give another one out to you if you email me, but if I gave it out publicly I doubt it'd be fast anymore.

It's THEIR website.. they can put anything they want on it, without it being accessbile by everyone. This is so stupid its just sad. Do you think they'd of got sued if they password protected it? I don't, but yet the result is the same, not everyone can access the report.
Some have it in their service contract, but many don't think it's necessary since it's considered trespassing to connect to a public AP. I'm just trying to consider the ISPs side of it too. I personally think that setting up a public AP should be allowed.
You have to looks at the ISPs side, which is that many people can be using one DSL or Cable internet connection, when normally each would have their own connection, that would at least be dial up. That said I agree that it shouldn't be a trespass if someone uses a unsecured AP *if* the owner of the AP allows them.
Is it just me, or could someone who knows what he's doing cheat on tests, or whatever there using online? Even if it wasn't altering the scores, it probably wouldn't be that hard to give yourself extra time on a timed test/exam.

I'm glad at least *someone* will stand up to Microsoft. Hopefully they'll get split up, or at least forced to make some changes in Windows.

Go ask Bill Gates for mental help.. if you can't use google you need it. ;)
Not that he's in a perfect mental condition though... ;)

It isn't good enough.. there should be public seat in ICANN.

Finally someone got punished for spam! And they had to pay $98,000 for it too, serves them right.
