EQII in its lastest Live Update changed its "Mentoring" system (where a higher level player effectively becomes the same level as the player they mentor) The changes implemented make it VERY easy and userfriendly. I use it a lot with a friend who is lagging behind me.
Everquest II with all its unique character textures and enabling shading effects would see a performance boost.
As it is, there isn't a card on the market that lets to turn everything up to max...yet.

We can discuss statistic and scientific method till the cows come home...
the study is clear on one point Linux didn't top the list...in fact quite the opposite, no amount to stats manipulation can explain that away. BSD didn't suffer, OSX didn't suffer.

Don't forget how many horrible games sierra has published, OMG for years my firends and I woudl goto the game store see a great box, read about the game, look at screen shots, buy it and find out the play control is crap.
Sierra's publishing strategy is based on flooding the market with games hoping that one will be successfull..they got lucky with halflife. Blizzard on the other hand puts all it's work into one game at a time, and they are phenominal every time
I download many mp3s via p2p, easily putting me in the 95%, I ahve zone alarm running on my P2P, and have never had any hits attempting to go outbound, with the latest versions of zone alarm, they can't merely mimic application names to get through, wouldn't this BS be provable by someone out there monitoring outbound network traffic....I'm calling HS hoax

The Free Market Economy is self regulating in this respect. Those who desire to pay more for certified work can, and those who wish to pay less for uncertified work have the right to do so.
Besides you've all taken the tests, thier paper tests, A+ doens't mean you can fix everything, nor does it make you a trustworthy business person. Think of the possiblility of the guy with lots of certs on the wall lying about what needs to be done to fix your computer....mimics may peoples fears of the auto industry.
I just don't see how regulation will really make the market place better than it is.

TurboTax Licensing Activation is crap, I buy it I better be able to use it when and on whatever comp I damn well please. End of Story....go archive your tax returns or something
I jsut bought a house this year and for mortgage approval I was required to show my last 3 years worth of tax returns which I had saved and printed on a different computer than I originally printed from. I guess I'm glad I use TaxCut instead.
