It is clear that this is either written by Erdogan's publicist or somebody who is a clear believer of him. He gets a lot of middle-class vote because of good economy and in spite of the fact that he acts like a dictator and wants to bring islamic rule to the country. Democracy does not mean that winner of an election is the King or the Emperor of the country until next election or can abolish elections all together.

You have got the basic idea right. But too many generalizations, e.g. you said: 'that "free will" necessarily means that the results are not predictable.' Then a lot of people on this planet are not intelligent. ;) I guess you were trying to say: "A non-zero percentage of decisions that an intelligent being will do should not be deterministic." You don't need quantum uncertainity to achieve this, at least not directly. Just introduce a random number generator to your intelligent system. ;) I guess you can say that sub-atomic particles are modeled only using probabilistic/statistic models, so introducing a randomness to a system in a way is introduction of a quantum effect. Blah blah...

    Two obersations that I made:

When Noe talked to Oracle, she says to him at the end of the conversation: "It looks like you are waiting for something. Your next life, maybe." At the end of the movie he dies and then gets resurrected (his next life) then he becomes the One.

The second movie is about causality principle. The people, who think that the second movie lacked the philosophical aspect of the first movie, should read/study causality principle and watch the entire movie based on that. You would see what they are trying to explain. They are constantly critisizing whether there is free will or choice (in other words: control) They lay it out pretty well.

The people, who thinks that Heisenberg's uncertainity is the proof that the universe is not bound by the rules of determinism, are wrong. Because Heisenberg's principle only states the uncertainity in the measurement. ("Nature and the Greeks and Science and Humanism", Erwin Schrodinger)
