    Sounds like TSPY tried to pull a fast one on the judge, and the judge was more competent than they expected.

    Its the current wave of marketing. They're trying to establish brands that sound cool that people can remember when they shop for a computer.

    Unless you're talking about chipset/product line codenames (Kentsfield, etc etc) which are geographical locations, since they can't be trademarked.

    I know a few people that've worked at the netflix callcenter here in the bay area; they said its a great company but has shitty middle management. Imagine that.

    I agree, and I am that gay man; I try to keep to gay roomates because they're cleaner (its true) and theres much less chance of getting an Evangelical Christian.
