I don't understand why people are complaining about not having network sniffers bundled with the OS. If someone can use a network sniffer, that someone should be able to find one.
Why do you think pressing ctrl+c and ctrl+v is less productive than using the mouse? If you have your hands on the keyboard then it's faster to do it that way then reaching for the mouse.
If your uptime with Windows is 7 minutes that means you don't know how to set it up and you shouldn't write anything about it. Even a kid can set it up so it will have more uptime.
You don't have to watch it how it downloads! I hope you know that!

The rules can be changed dude! RIAA aren't gods. If people don't like the rules anymore than a process of changing the rules starts, and that's what happens now. I bet you never liked history.
I would like to vote today but probably I won't because I WORK!!! and because of traffic I won't be able to get to the poll on time (they close at 8). So internet voting would be a good option for me.
There is a difference between a simulator and an emulator. A simulator just pretends it does the processing and is good to learn interface and commands. An emulator does the actual computing on a different platform.
Much easyer to just use the system applet in control panel to copy that profile over the default user. Don't forget to change permisions to everyone...

NTVDM is not an emulator per se, it doesn't convert instructions between CPU instruction sets. It just deals with memory access, IRQs, etc.
You can compare 2 different processes and you do that everyday. You car has x horsepower, remember?
By support he meant finding drivers for the hardware, not customer support. The problem with Linux is that you can't find drivers as well.
