    Not to mention that their text messaging packages are much lower per message. Verizon's cheapest package (that they don't advertise) is $0.002 per message.

    All this hating on MTV. There were lots of musical styles back then, as now, and MTV catered to a few of them all at once.

    That's very true, people don't realize that the first concert ever broadcast on MTV was the Charlie Daniels Band.

    Yes he should, but that also shouldn't stop me from being able to play a differently transcribed copy of those concertos. He has a copyright on the new presentation, not on the notes and their order.

    Seriously, who needs an fully automatic weapon for home defense? The only purpose such guns have is killing a whole lotta people at once. If you make those legal you may as well make owning missiles legal, because they have pretty much the same use.

    you're right that somethign isn't illegal until there's precedent to make it illegal. The law on the books is sufficient for that.

    you do know that the standard windows minesweeper doesn't spawn all the mines until you've clicked once, don't you? Make a custom board like you've described and you'll win in 1 click everytime. Take the same board, right click to mark something as a mine, then click any square and you'll have the situation you describe.

    It depends on jurisdiction. I did pretty bad in Civil Procedure, and don't have my FRCP in front of me, but in Federal Court (which I don't even know if theyre in since I didn't RTFA), you get 2 bites at the apple. You can voluntarily remove yourself once, then refile and I think if there's a procedural problem, you can also remove and refile. Don't quote me on all that though.

    I'd also imagine that their placement has an effect on this as well. Ours wasn't in the most accessible place on the dash.
