The 14th amendment, we are told by SCOTUS (using wholly usurped authority, so... highly dubious, but...)
Um, no. There fucking job is to interpret the constitution. If you don't like their interpretation, too fucking bad. They get to say, not you.
The feds cannot infringe on those rights. It's not conditional, it's not limited, and it's not just guns, it's arms.
Unfortunately, the constitution does not specify what "arms" are. You sure they weren't talking about those things you put in your sleeves? Actually, you seem to have the right only to ursine arms.
Back in the VHS days, I can remember *not* spending $90 for some titles. I looked at the price and said, no thanks. Having the entire cast and crew show up to my house to play it for me live wouldn't have been worth that.
Or a fucking wrong number from another time zone. I used to get wrong number calls from foreign countries in the middle of the night. Nothing more fun than being woken up to a language you can't even identify. I tried telling them in English and Spanish that they had the wrong number. They would still call every couple of weeks!
Everyone is complaining about the ads themselves. What about the bandwidth thievery happening? All you whippersnappers on FIOS may not mind a little stolen bandwidth, but for all of us who are rural dwellers and have to rely on satellite, I say FUCK YOU WITH A SLEDGEHAMMER, MICROSOFT! My satellite provider only gives me 10 gigs/month before I get throttled. I don't want even more advertising hogging my limited bandwidth!
there is nothing god can't do, so there can be nothing so hot that he *can't* eat.
i thought this fallacy was debunked many times already, why does this question keep popping up?
At least if you spouse is ignorant of this its likely they are investing in the partnership in ways that would be against their interest if the marriage isn't sustainable. If they were aware of your misbehavior and would stop doing that in light of it you have induced them to act against their own interest by misrepresentation. That is basically the text book definition of FRAUD.
No it is not.
From USLEGAL.com:Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage.
Note the "inducing the other person to act" and "resulting injury or damage."
The reason it is tolerated is because progressives hate the idea of the family unit. Its a little to autonomous and independent for them so they do what they can break it down including stacking the legal framework against it.
But it doesn't really matter. This is a non-story anyways. The kid admitted something, a quick investigation happened and it was determined to be a mistake.
Except the part about the family laptop being examined, I would agree.
Straw man: I never said there was a "scientific reason" to avoid meat. As an aside (not the point of my original response), there are certainly moral reasons and sustainability reasons. You continue to support your non-sequitur. Whether or not our brains would have evolved this way without consuming meat (baloney or not) has NOTHING to do with whether it is feasible now (ie not "stupid from a physiological standpoint"). And your wild plants rant also has nothing to do with the feasibility. Full disclosure: I am NOT a vegan.
Not only is going vegan stupid from a physiological standpoint (the fact is, our brains couldn't have evolved the way they did without meat; the fact that we could get away with eating vegetables came later after we selectively bred them to have a high enough energy density, and no vegan anywhere ever could survive off of truly wild plants) but some people have dietary needs that just can't work on a vegan diet. For example, if you're on dialysis, going vegan is practically a long drawn out suicide.
Non-sequitur. Whether or not our brains could have evolved the way did without meat (baloney), has nothing to do with whether or not being a vegan now is "stupid from a physiological standpoint."
The next president will nominate new SCOTUS judges. See who voted the asshole way? Only judges nominated by republicans. This is the most important issue of the election.

We're approaching 20 trillion in debt, that is going to kill us sooner or later...
Yet, it apparently wasn't a problem when GWB created giant tax breaks for the rich and initiated 100-trillion dollar wars.
Most modern cars, if parked for 2 weeks will have a dead battery.
Are you out of your mind? I've left cars with old batteries in them for months without this problem.
Everything that is overpriced.
FTFY. Not the case in VW, Subaru, Honda, or KIA. Those I know about personally. I'm betting not the case in many others.
Yes.

...unless it was porn, of course.
Nothing is permanent but UV is at least as good or better than owning a physical copy.
Not when you're somewhere you don't have access to broadband. Perhaps you love being in a big city. Not everyone does.
umm no, spoilers like the acting suck, they story is nonexistent, the amount of explosions per word of dialogue was not even 1:1
NIce. I always just refer to explosions per minute.
When I had Verizon FIOS, I just got an Ooma box and paid $3.95/mo for the same (initially only $12/yr, but later increased)
An easy solution, perhaps, would be a mechanism that charges the battery as you walk.
Don't get enough exercise? Sleep in your shoes, asshole!

Policies like jailing scumbag crimi als instead of pleaing down and probation?
I bet you wonder why so many are in nail since crime is so low.
No, he clearly means all the tough on crime, mandatory minimums, three strikes and you're out, and war on drugs.

Whoosh!
They're always peeing in the ocean!
Anyone that speeds in a residential area is the worst type of scumbag.
Only the biggest asshats use hyperbole.
You made the false analogy. I pointed out why it was false.
You obviously have no understanding of the law.
Stop trying to confuse people with data.

Utter fucking nonsense.
I'm not going to be browbeaten by somebody named Jizz Lad.
But will you be meatbeaten by him?
But it doesn't really matter. This is a non-story anyways. The kid admitted something, a quick investigation happened and it was determined to be a mistake.

And they keep saying the same thing about firearms......
Firearms kill people. Anonymous internet access does not.
