The problem lies in the fact that those who own the means to production are constantly trying to screw the smallest people out of every last cent . . You don't have to have THAT high of a profit margin, and the tragic comedy in it is if the owners would just give a little, nothing major, just a little coupled with respect, they'd find themselves with the best employees in the world . ..Those employees would also have quite a bit greater chances of one day building their own businesses and in turn become invaluable trading partners . .
