I agree with you on several counts, but I am guessing you have never played the original Half-Life. Don't get confused by the hype, just because it was really popular doesn't mean that it wasn't a innovative and influential game.

Saying that Half-Life doesn't have the staying power of FF7 is silly, considering it's massive influence on the FPS genre, especially if you consider its mods (Counter-Strike being the obvious example).

In fact, I seem to get the urge to replay the entire game every year or so, and it still seems just as good as the first time.

Does anyone else find their method of rating silly, especially in terms of RAM?

Say I have 1G of Ram. Am I "512 Mb to 1 Gb" or "1 Gb to 1.5 Gb"? Who knows? Same for any other memory amount, the ratings are unfortunately garbage.

Otherwise, an interesting survey, especially in that it shows much much gamers use AMD (47%) as compared to your average user.

More factual??? The first article I read has this gem, "Fact: Sauron once nearly exterminated life as we know it. He drank a glass of fried ketchup and farted." And for cabbage:"Cabbage gloats over the skulls of its defeated enemies." Easier to read? Probably. Funnier? If this sort of this makes you laugh, I wasn't amused. More factual? I seriously hope you were kidding, this is more of a spoof of Wikipedia.
