The word that should have been used is parthenogenesis, not immaculate conception. The two are NOT the same.
Immaculate conception is the belief that Mary was protected by God from original sin when she was born, that Mary did not have a sin nature, and was, in fact, sinless.
Just read the damned newspapers, watch the news on television, or read the news online! It's been reported by most major news outlets. If you don't keep up with what's going on, please don't vote.
Here's a start for ya - In Montgomery County, Md., six cities (Garrett Park, Takoma Park, Somerset, Chevy Chase, Martin's Additions and Barnesville) allow illegal aliens to vote in local elections. So do Amherst and Cambridge, Mass. A similar policy was proposed last month by Democrats in San Francisco.
No, it doesn't. Around here in the South we have a lawn turf that grows only three to five inches tall - Eremochloa ophiuroides (centipede). Even seventy year olds can maintain it with little effort.:)
We're talking fifth grade classrooms here. I doubt many fifth graders know what their desired profession is. At that age they're still learning the basics.
When a.22 is too small, and a.223 is overkill, use a.22 Magnum.
If you can't carry a rifle, buy a little.22 Magnum revolver like the one made by North American Arms. Granted, it's not going to be as accurate as a rifle at longer ranges, but it's deadly within possum range, especially if you use hollow points.
Amen! There's no way I could type 100+ words per minute without a real keyboard. I rarely ever look at the keyboard while typing. My current keyboard is an old IBM monster that weighs in at about 5 pounds, but it's a dream to type on! (and no stupid Windows key getting in the way)
Stop. You're all wrong. It's "FEWER" people flying, not "less" people.
:p
Ye gods! Sometimes I think everybody here flunked grammar!!
Oh, and literate really means "well-read", not just "can read". By that standard most of you ARE illiterate.
That sounds like part of the Fair Tax proposal. It eliminates taxes for low income citizens entirely.
I'm in favor of the Fair Tax. It's one of the best and fairest tax plans I've seen in my 57 years.

My replacement hips always set off the alarm, but I tell them I have stainless steel balls.

Now go look it up for yourself.
That could be dangerous on a touchscreen! :)

That Big Foot, flying saucers, and ghosts aren't real either? I'm so disappointed!
Why wasn't this thought of years ago before the space station was built?
Close, but a 'U-joint' is a universal joint, part of your car's drive train.
The thingie under your sink is an S-trap.
Or just park your car inside a locked garage like most really serious criminals. You know, like an average American. :)
Don't you just LOVE the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals? It's like a three ring circus out there!
"People's brains are more responsive to friends than to strangers"
I think this one qualifies as a 'no-brainer'.
Same as yours:
**********
Right?
Even worse, when I set up my online banking I was told passwords were case insensitive. No special characters allowed either!
:)
Only letters and numbers allowed. That makes using ********* impossible.
And even taking 10/10/10 as three separate binary numbers is 2/2/2, which added together still yields 6!
:)
Oooooh! Spooky! Whatever . . .
We're talking fifth grade classrooms here. I doubt many fifth graders know what their desired profession is. At that age they're still learning the basics.
But I agree with most of what you said.
Yeah, that's as slow as the reactions in a soap opera.
You can be anywhere in ten minutes if you drive fast enough.
Now tell me something I didn't know.
Duh!
It may or may not have life, but it has an intelligent atmosphere!!
Mike, how many times did you register here using variations of your name?
:p
Are you a troll?
Or maybe you're on their city council?
Go be an asshole somewhere else.

O, be some other name!
What's in a name? that which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet;

Yes, and it's a shame.
Reminds me of former Senator John Edwards and how he made his millions.
