No, but really, I think that he is probably right on the money with this stuff. It is very well stated without going to far overboard. Previous events within history and moores law are really proof enough for me. Keep in mind predictions are only predictions and no one has ever been 100% right but generally speaking this sounds frighteningly viable.
All of the artists should let their current contracts lapse then start their own label or sell through the internet. Especially if they are already doing well enough to be recognized. Fans will most likely follow them... I know I don't care whose label it is!

We need some good old fashioned manufacturing in the states again and to put all the executives on the streets!

It's not just software that's being outsourced, it's everything especially manufacturing. Like other have mentioned before, soon there will only be two classes of people in the US. The rich(er) and the poor(er). Guess which one the majority will be in...
Why not charge the advertisers of whatever product or service that is being pushed? Wouldn't that eventually lead them to reducing the spammers? Is this too logical or just a stupid idea and I somehow missed the point?
