2) Intercepting a wired transition is much more difficult, to next to impossible without physical access to the location if set up properly. A wireless signal can be intercepted and possibly decoded by just having someone drive by the place.

the B-52 is NOT a WWII bomber. It was developed in the 1950's and is still in use because as a bombing platform it continues to be the most cost effective to maintain. They dont even plan to get rid of it till well into 2020. If the B1 or B2 where not so damn expensive as a bomber, we would be using those instead.
Hate to break it to you but many of our top line fighters bombers and support craft where developed in the 50's 60's and 70's. KC-130, B-52, F-15, F117, F-16... all decades old technology.

Im not saying they where justified or right, but from a geopolitical point of view whats going on now in Iraq is far and away worse than what was happening there. To put it in perspective, North Korea has made at least 16 threats for every one of Saddams. And unlike Iraq, Korea threatens the US in most of them.

In fact had France and England not been so nasty in punishing Germany post WWI, and had industry not been so utterly destroyed, WWII on the European front would never have happened. It was internal instability that led to the governmental power struggle that allowed the Nazi party to take power. In comparison there was almost NO power struggle in Iraq pre-invasion. Saddam was very good at keeping al qaeda and fundamental islam out of his country, as they presented a possible threat to his throne (contrary to popular belief that has been falsified by the Bush government Saddam and Bin Laden where not friends but sworn enemys since Saddam was not even Muslim, his "conversion" in later years was a well documented failed ploy to get Muslim states to side with him as well as quite tolerant of religions as long as they where not threatening him which was why the Kurds where attacked)

Um actually its not. Stores are considered private property with public access, which means they must obey all state and federal laws unless said store is a membership store where you signed a contract to enter.
Its actually quite a interesting legal ruling, since technically unless a store pursues charges against you, and its ruled by a judge that you violated a law, they cants legally restrict your access to the store (IE they cant ban you no matter how many stores actually do it)

Thats because its next to impossible to transmit visuals for a good chunk of the landing, heck for a portion of the landing the shuttle cant transmit anything but some data, not even voice. Nothing NASA can do about it but if humans continue to destroy the upper atmosphere NASA wont have to worry about it for much longer.

So in order to get your "Real ID" you have to possibly use a passport as one of your multiple documents, but if you dont HAVE a "Real ID" ID you only have to use your passport to get in and not the 3-4 other forms of ID you need JUST to get the Real ID license.
I had this same issue of stupidity getting my "Real ID" license from the NJ state DMV. In order to get my new license because of the federal rules, I needed a official copy of my birth certificate (one with a seal) which meant I needed to go to the court in the city I was born in. This was along with a bill with my official address, my credit card, and my bank card (since they refused to use my school work ID DESPITE it being a officially accepted means of showing ID by both the state AND the federal governments and pointing out this fact to them by UNDERLINING the print on her sheet showing her what she could use.)
You know what I needed to get my birth certificate, which counts for the most points in documents?
Picture ID with my name on it. Didnt matter from where. And could have been easily forged.
That was it.
