My other problem with ebay is people use the deaf relay services to order goods on the phone using stolen credit cards. these items are then fenced on the street and ebay. once again funding terrorism.
companies like MCI provide these deaf relays services and claim impartiallity in the process.
Register these precalculated urls and upload a program that tells the zombie computer to firewall off every connection to the internet. Hell notify the user with a nice pop up while you are at it. Then the user will wonder what's wrong and attempt to fix it hopefully.
And in all honestly they really shouldn't have disclosed this information.

I block adds because just like in a real world I ignore them. I am aware of adds to the point that I know they are a rip off. I know for a fact a company doesn't offer something unless they are getting something out of it.
I think this falls in line with stores marking prices at 4.99 instead of 5.00. I don't know about the rest of the world but I instantly round it up in my own head. Thus defeating the entire purpose of marking it down 1 cent.
