And it should ramped up monthly over several years, not just simply be slapped out like he is doing. This way, either CHina can decide to be honest and work for true free trade (i.e. keep their agreements that they are breaking), or let car makers know that their imported parts are about to become EXPENSIVE. i.e. move the manufacturing out of china.

With 2B / year, we could have a base set-up on the poles within 3-5 years.

If they can go from $150-300 / launch down to $15-30 million for 20 tonnes, They will own all commercial launch for at least a decade, and depending on CONgress, it COULD really restart our lunar exploration. The fact that we continue to throw BILLIONS at SLS/Orion is just sick, but if Musk gets this down to say 30 million for F9 AND $50 million for say 50 tonnes on FH, it will be extremely hard for CONgress to continue justifying this incredible waste of money.
